Boston Market was a childhood favorite, however it’s starting to feel more like a memory now. This location had some of the best employees I’ve encountered but the out of stock items and the non existent lunch crowd was a shame. The food was still good.

I absolutely love Boston Market! This location was great! Angel the manager was so pleasant! They where about to close and she stayed opened and made sure we got hot fresh food!! She went above and beyond for us and really appreciate it!!

Quick service. However, upset they changed their macaroni and cheese to the frozen noodle kind. Don’t know if it’s a location thing but not a good idea. Definitely lacks taste.

We decided on Boston Market on the spur of the moment for Easter dinner. The website listed closing as 9:00 but they actually closed at 8:00. Angel took the time to make the 4 of us fresh meals even though, unbeknownst to us, they were preparing to close. While Angel was getting the ham for our dinners in the back two more people came in. Most would have simply said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Not Angel. She made sure everyone left with what they wanted and left satisfied. We are hoping to get a Boston Market in Peachtree City, Newnan or Sharpsburg and, hopefully, someone like Angel to work there!

Food was good I had the meatloaf and corn with bread. The soda machine wasn't working correctly and the furniture was in need of some repairs.

Chicken was delicious, but they need more options for sides. Whole kernel corn was not tasty, and the bread was not warm at all. The whole menu needs a makeover!

This restaurant is dirty. The food is not seasoned. Yes the food is a healthier choice but the taste is awful. You can tell the meat has been frozen. It is not fresh.

The place looked abandoned when I pulled up. The staff was in the kitchen. However, once they came out everyone was super friendly, and for a better option than a burger and fries for lunch, the meal was okay.

It was on 2-4-23 at about 6pm when my wife and our 2 kids were driving from Florida to Tennessee when we stopped at this store. Our kids were wanting Boston Market for days and we told them we would stop on the way home. We walked in and the 3 employees behind the counter yelled and told us they were out of meat, any kind of meat. Another customer walked in behind us and they told him the same thing. He told them this has happened before and he tried calling first so he wouldn't waste his time coming there. The employees told him the phone didn't work because the owners failed to pay the bill. Wow...really. apparently the owners can't afford meat either. We left. Corporate should take a look at this franchise owner and make adjustments.

Years ago this store was clean, well stocked with a friendly and caring staff. Now the place is dirty, staff barely acknowledges you. No ice in the soda machine, no butter or hot sauce packets. Nothing but lazy employees. I hope I don’t get sick, the latest health rating was a B. Truly don’t know how this location is still in business. Disgusting

I have not received the worst service in a long time. Customer Service was horrible. Food was cold, drinks in the cooler were warm. If you like a roll of paper towels instead of napkins. Employees were loud talking on speaker phone, while customers waiting at register. The manager had slides on, never spoke or greeting any of the 2 tables occupied including myself.

My company ordered catering for our office party last week, and even though we placed our order weeks in advance, we still had to wait for 20 minutes past our pickup time. However, the reason for me writing this review is due to the customer service we experienced when we came to pick up our order. The young lady at the counter was unbelievably unprofessional and rude to all of the groups waiting for their delayed orders, and to the new patrons who came in attempting to place orders.Due to the customer service we experienced - I will never order Boston Market for our company events again.

Very disorganized. There was a line out the door for holiday pickup. There wasn't enough staff and they couldn't locate my order. I was able to get my order right before they announced there was none left (lucky me). Took 40 minutes to pick up one item that I already paid for. It was good tho.

We ordered Thanksgiving banquet to the tune of $460 for thanksgiving day. We har our entire family here from out of state. The driver was an hour and a half late, the food stone cold, 12 of the food items were missing and to make matters worse, the delivery driver was so stoned - he dropped the box on our kitchen counter, laughed and left. It was not only a disaster- it was embarrassing and I, as the host, felt horrible. Calling Boston Market to report is a waste of time as you get no one answering the phone, or a boiler room operator that barely can communicate while telling us all they can do is file a complaint and we can wait 7 biz days to see if someone calls us back!!!! Boston Market needs to make this right. WE DESERVE A FULL REFUND!

Food looks okay but the hour and a half wait start to finish, staff constantly yelling and arguing… I had to repeat my order 3 times to the guy upfront because he was so out of it. It was over all a really awkward experience.
