Boxcar at Hop City West End

Really great option on this side of town. The server was very sweet, she moved just a little too slow which is my only complaint. The food is great, the boom boom shrimp was really good and burger. But I wasn't that big of a fan of my bulgogi bowl. The server was honest that some people don't like it. I added a picture of it. It was pretty. But I'm adding it because I couldn't find one online.

We arrivedat 4 PM, and were the first ones there on Thursday, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.The short ribs
We're tender and really tasty, and the staff was exceptionally kind.

Cobb salad was so good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We were able to get work done on our laptop without any issues. Fun and friendly. Good neighborhood spot

Came in to get a to-go beer and they have 10oz cups but they charge you for the regular 16oz size.

Don't know about their food or atmosphere so I gave it an average rating.

This is crazy. I'm sure they can find 16oz to-go cups somewhere.

Mr. Michael P. was an exceptional server. He was courteous, attentive, prompt, and a pleasure to be around. The food was delicious as always, but his outstanding service truly elevated the entire dining experience. He made us feel welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. Quick service and neat restaurant

I visited Boxcar with family during my visit. I am.from Chicago and really enjoyed the experience. The food and drinks were fantastic. My waitress (Jasmine) was knowledgeable, professional and very welcoming. The buffalo mac and cheese, the beef short ribs, chicken tenders and fries, vegan burger, and hush puppies were ALL EXCELLENT entrees. We loved rhe martinis also.

I came on a Sunday with some friends and had a great time at the bar. Food and drinks were delicious. Susie and Renee were amazingly hospitable. Highly recommend!
