Lunch buffet was ok. Some things were good but all of it was only lukewarm. The chicken tikka was so overcooked it was chewy. The paleek tasted like plain chopped spinach. The spice level was just right.

With the removal of dark carpet and older lighting Cafe Bombay's dining area is bright and open with hardwood floors and updated lighting. There is no reason to go on about the food, beverages, desserts or belly dancing as we all know those are always in top form. There lounging area does feature some updated furniture but we were there for a family dinner so the lounge area was not utilized by us. Word of warning, if you have children between the ages of 4 to 12 and they have not already eaten Indian cuisine or are familiar with spicy food please let the waiter know that whatever you order for the Young one(s) should NOT be spicy!! As is customary the food served is spicy as in spicy flavor not spicy hot and the spice IMHO is on the mild side but then again I also consider Scotch Bonnet pepper mild so proceed with caution. Other than that the staff is attentative, food came out quickly after order, dishes served in traditional servingware and the Lamb Kadhai served Garlic Naan is slap yo momma good!
