12/2/25 7:45 pm probably the worst experience I have ever had. We waited 13 minutes for a server to come to our table after letting them know we had to board in 45 minutes. She took our order then 30 minutes later said the kitchen was backed up , we asked to get it to go she no problem then came out with only my wife's food and said she never entered my order so I had to leave hungry. She didn't care at all š so stay away far far away!

Please, save yourself the trouble, do not order from this restaurant. Not only were the tables dirty and the service completely unmoving, but it was probably the worst food I've ever had. There is little more to say. I truly apologize for any this causes harm and/or motivation to.

I come here almost every time I have a layover in Atlanta. Food is always good and service is good for how busy they are. Shania was my server and she did an AMAZING job.

Two adults shared the ultimate combo. It came with four or five bone in wings and five boneless wings plus we chose pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks. We also had two big draft beers. For $47 not including tip I canāt complain. Our server was good, the view of the planes is great, and our food was mostly good. My boyfriendās wings had probably been sitting out a bit too long as he said they were just warm and not hot and I had a boneless wing that was really hard and blah but overall we would be back. Itās probably time to update the furniture a bit though. We tried the terrapin next door first and werenāt that impressed (I also left them a review). There was no wait on a Saturday around 630 or so but there was a wait when we left. Also the other reviews are correct that the speed of the food is unpredictable. Ours took a while but we were just watching football so it didnāt bother me

Went to bang house pizza instead, it was great! Would recommend!

I'm not usually a wildwing guy but for this location in an airport, thumbs up. Had Cheese steak cause wife don't do wings and we share. Great atmosphere. Spacious, inviting. The service was exceptional and courteous. Would come back for sure!

Service was good, the beer was good but expensive. Airport price is just crazy but the food was not good. Cheese steak sandwich with overcooked meat and the cheese āsauceā was dry somehow. Disappointing

We got seated right away, waited at the table for 15min but our server never showed up. The floor was gross and sticky. In general the place seems unorganized and chaotic.

Iām normally disappointed with BWW but this place was exceptional! Everything was cooked perfectly and pickle chips were crispy! Perfect sauce amounts and their ranch! š¤ The crew was very fast and almost violently cleaning everything right after guests left like a swarm of bees working together. Our waiter was on the spot but not pushy either. Will go back again when we fly through Atlanta.

Appetizer was awesome, food took forever and wasnāt hot and ask for ranch and was brought out after most of wings were cooled off and half ate,I donāt like to put restaurant down but wow Iām sorry buffalo wings this place needs new management

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I waited 20 minutes for my beer, 60 minutes for my burger, and they still had the incompetence to bring the entire order wrong! Nobody cares! Worst service I've ever seen in my life, in the end I left without eating!
