Girl on the intercom this morning asked me to repeat my simple order for French toast sticks 3 times all just to tell me they don’t have French toast sticks for breakfast. How do you have a breakfast menu item completely unavailable during breakfast time? Horrible service

I went to this establishment and they couldn’t serve me because they had a large order ahead of me! Not to mention they had me waiting at the drive thru without any acknowledgement. ( Breakfast 9:30 )

Terrible location! On a Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissant, they only give you one piece of ham when it's supposed to be 2 pieces and they only give you a half of a folded egg. They are constantly out of something coffee, french toast sticks, biscuits etc. The Female heavy set manager always seems to be bothered by your presence even though the customers are the reason they are there. Poorly executed customer service all the way around! 0/10 Not Recommended

I got extremely sick after eating food from this Burger King. I specifically said “NO” cheese on my whopper and they decided to put cheese on it anyways. I called to report what happened and I was met with a very obnoxious manager who “thinks” he is a doctor and knows what is going on with me! I have been ill for days after eating at this location! I’m anxious about my condition because I don’t seem to be getting better and I believe I have h pylori because of the fact that I was served a raw burger.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat cheese because I’m lactose intolerant
Food is always good but the staff is always short. They're always out of something, especially the lobby freestyle machine. The staff tries their best to accommodate to make up for the shortcomings. The cheeseburger shouldn't be sold anymore though. The burger patty was of a home cooked sausage patty. ?Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and pies
Went there tonight at 11:15pm...guy missing front teeth served me.Talking over my open drink,hand inside the lid,hand inside the fries box,fingers on the fries when putting in bag....my goodness!!! I couldn't eat it. Gave it to the homeless. Are these people trained??? Last time burger king...

If I could give a zero star I would as well as maybe take some from other people. worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten better service from a crack head at the gas station! the food sucked the people suck, the bread was old and the dude in the drive through looked had snot running out of his nose! Y’all need to just shut down.
