The service is great, and the staff, including the new General Manager, are pleasant and helpful. However, there have been occasional issues with the cheeseburger, and one customer mentioned concerns about the restaurant being dark, which raises safety questions when using the drive-through. Overall, the Burger King provides a satisfactory dining experience for customers.
