The team members need to pay attention to whats ordered and give people the exact amount of food that they pay for. No one wants to pay $20 to be shorted on their food…..
I ordered on the Zaxbys app. Based on the app, I was supposed to had gotten curbside service meaning bring my order out to where I was parked. That didn't happen so after waiting about 20min, I decided to get out my car and go inside to retrieve my order. Also, my drink was not filled all the way up AS IF MAYBE SOMEONE MAY HAVE TASTED IT THEN PUT THE TOP BACK ON. Come on people...we gotta do better. It's call customer service for a reason!
