Food simply did not have the flavor. Service was acceptable, but unfortunately the looks could tell another story.

Great Burgers Great staff

We ate here twice during our stay at Sonesta. The burgers were very tasty as was the breakfast. The staff were all really good although the 2 men on last night were run off their feet. Would definitely recommend

NOT "The Burger Theory" anymore. Was, but now is "The Burger Place"

Grossly understaffed. Food was marginal. Two burgers with fries and non-alcoholic drinks.... took an hour and a half to get from time of order to table and we were one table of about 5 there. Three people came in, ordered, served, and left before we were served. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else...

Beer was 11 dollars. They shut the beer tab machine off so the beer is bitter. 2 beers and an order of 6 wings over 30 bucks. Will never ever eat here again. Wings were not good either. Ruby Tuesday was better and it's just around the corner.

Important things to know:

beer is $8 but wine is $18. They “don’t have” a drinks menu so you won’t know that ahead of time.

22% service charge automatically added and is minimum.

If you have a delta flight cancellation food voucher, they will run it incorrectly and try to play dumb (multiple other reviews say the same… seems unlikely it’s an error). Took 20 minutes to sort it out and they couldn’t “understand” why the math didn’t add up. The guy kept trying to give weird reasons why the bill was correct… I do math for a living.

Food was ok. Server was nice, but when the bill came it it didn't add up. Had to reverse engineer the bill ourselves and figure out their mistake, took 30 minutes to get it fixed. Like the last reviewer they tried to play it off as the 21% service fee for vouchers but they were not applied. Seems like a dishonest practice as other reviewers are experiencing same thing.

Food was okay, but bartender was rude AFTER I didn’t fall for his scam.

Long story short. Total was $35, I give him a $12 voucher from an airline, and tells me my new total is $30.90. So he got himself a 21% tip. That’s okay. He gives me a ticket that only shows the total (not itemized). I signed the ticket and ask him if tip was included (I should’ve not asked. It was obvious). He says, “no. It’s not. But it’s okay. Don’t worry about it. I’ve got you!” Snatches the receipt and acts very rude for the rest of the night.
