My group and I came to eat here for lunch this past week, and the moment we entered the restaurant, we felt unwelcome. The host and hostesses were all huddled around the stand and none of them greeted us as we entered. I also noticed one of the hostesses glaring at us up and down. We had a company outing and we had a great experience with the server, Mr James. He was a delightful man to speak with and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu from wine, liquors, and helped those with allergies to make sure their plates were safe. We had a great night at this restaurant because the food was delicious, the drinks were on point, and the staff was pleasant to be around. Next trip to Atlanta, we’ll stop here!
The food was not as good as I was expecting from the reviews and considering it’s a pretty pricey restaurant. I got the pan seared salmon which comes with broccolini and whipped potatoes and two of the buttermilk cornbread muffins. It was $50 after tax and tip, so definitely not cheap.
