Dark roast is a unique blend of gourmet beans. Artfully roasted to produce the smoothest, richest, most full-bodied coffee. Slowlly brewed in house over night is serve over ice black or whith whole milk. Also non-dairy milks available. Our cold brew is steeped for at least 24 hours.

As a Mexican vegan, I am constantly in search of vegan food that reminds me of the foods I grew up loving, and I have a high bar for Mexican authenticity for any Mexican vegan spot. The food is so amazing, we literally went two days in a row. You absolutely need to come here. We were trying to think of a standout and the answer is everything! But definitely the birria tacos.

I love their barria tacos. I come anytime I am in the area. I usually order ahead and pick them up but you can also order at the counter. They are located in the PREP office area with other small restaurant businesses. One day I will try other menu items but I'm hooked on those tacos and the consome!
