California Pizza Kitchen at Atlantic Station

Not exceptional, but not mediocre. We enjoyed our meal and family outing on the patio.

We loved our waitress. Food was great and service was prompt.

Located in Atalantic Station near the green space.

Got food poisoning from here. Not sure if it was what I ordered exactly but I would definitely steer clear of the pasta with any type of chicken because im 99% sure thats where it came from

Special thanks to Bria for her kindness and professionalism during my family’s visit. Their dietary restrictions made ordering very complex and no matter what was thrown at her, she handled it with grace. I truly appreciate her customer service.

Listen! They Charged me $330 dollars and did not apply the proper thank you discount to my order. Management was extremely rude and threatened to call security on me when I asked why there overcharging my family for our meals. Thank you cards does not apply to taxes or drinks, apparently only at this location, but anywhere else it can be applied to your bill. Never again will I go here

Great Customer Service

i’ll come to this location for lunch, but the manager Thomas is a complete rain on my parade. Every time I try to come in it’s actually quite sad. I asked one of his associates if he’s always like that or if he hates his job and she confirmed that he does and he is always like that . If you don’t like being in service you don’t have to be!

great service.. B. Porter was my server and he was so kind and attentive. He even offered to grate fresh cheese on my pasta which no server here has ever done. Will definitely return back to this location in the future.

I picked up a pizza from this location earlier today and not only was I told to wait when I arrived (because it was still being prepared) but when I received the pizza’s, they were dry and lukewarm with very little to no cheese (when I paid for extra cheese). Had it not been paid for with gift cards, I would have taken it right back. The other thing is the young lady who was working the register did not know how to run the companies gift cards. You advertise buying gift cards and then you don’t train your staff on how to run them?!? It is pretty obvious your staff needs more training and more importantly, the food was pathetic. It is hard to believe I paid $40.00 for two pizzas that were worse than the Dominos around the corner…I love California pizza kitchen, but this whole experience was not great. I want to state that the girl as the register was very nice and it’s ok not to know how to do something, but she may want to come up with a better excuse on not knowing how to run gift cards then a manager override is needed to run a gift card for payment…That is clearly not true. I’ll probably go to another location because this one needs some work as a first time customer.

When I came to Atlantic Station, I went to this restaurant. It was the Best! First, the Garlic Bread was awesome! This pizza was perfect! They also gave me free refills! Perfect place to go to!!!
