4 stars for the service! The women working were great! Sadly, the biscuits weren't working for me. I'm guessing the problem is consistency with the biscuits, the reviews are all over the place on Yelp. And by the looks of the place, with the owners face, book, and products, the owner is trying to build a brand, but she isn't focusing on quality cause no amount of honey or butter could save that biscuit.

This downtown Virginia Highlands establishment has a menu on the wall, an order counter and has inside and outside seating options. The music was at a level that required the staff to shout to communicate. No peaceful atmosphere to have a nice, quite breakfast inside. It took quite a while to have our order taken and the biscuits were prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Blackberry jam was excellent, cinnamon biscuit was made with cinnamon batter and was very good. Our biscuits were flavorful, but doughy. If you like your biscuits flakey, you might want to try elsewhere. The biscuits and sausage gravy had only a hint of sausage but the gravy itself was tasty. I threw the doughy biscuits away. With so many other restaurants to choose from, we will not be repeat customers.

Carrie, after seeing an old episode of “The Beat Thing I Ever Ate” I wanted to try you guys out. I’m a biscuit aficionado as is my 15 yr old daughter. We made an hour drive to the Atlanta location, and got to meet sweet Destiny that I had read about in the reviews. She’s awesome! The biscuits were very yummy, after sampling a 3 pack, my daughter wanted a large sausage/egg/pimento one. It was cute when I walked back up that Destiny said “thanks for coming in”, I said no we want more (haha). If you plan to visit, try the little ones for different choices, but grab a large one too! Two thumbs up!

They say if you want to know more about a person look on their plate ! I remember being in the kitchen with my mom, perfecting Southern recipes that I still make today . @carriebaileymorey, the founder of @callieshotlittlebiscuit has similar memories. Founded in 2005, the goal has always been to carry on her mother's legacy to make the handmade, buttery deliciousness accessible across the U.S. Carrie is also the author of two books , has a docuseries, and appeared on The Martha Stewart Show. There is nothing small about Callie's Little Hot Biscuits - they are HUGE in flavor I tried the Baker's Dozen that comes with 13 delicious bites in the following flavors: - Black Pepper Bacon - Blackberry - Buttermilk - Cheese & Chive (my favorite) - Cinnamon - Lemon Poppy Seed -Country Ham -Sharp Cheddar -Shortcake I'm most excited to try the chocolate pink velvet biscuit next, a limited-edition flavor just in time for Valentine's Day! Besides being super delicious these biscuits actually DO GOOD via Callie's #BeABiscuit lifestyle of being: confident, kind, and accepting. Their most recent initiative is kindness coins that are given whenever an act of kindness is witnessed that gets you 20% off online or in-store. They have also partnered with local organizations like @going_places_nonprofit to surprise teachers with biscuits! The Atlanta location is located in Virginia Highlands. I can't wait to use biscuits to elevate one of my at-home brunches or serve with tea for a fancy snack! No Callie's near you? Head to to order biscuits, mixes, pimento cheese, and more straight to your door ! There are also cooking classes and a digital cookbook for purchase. Which biscuit flavor would you try? Follow me @ServingLooksATL now for all of the delicious bites around your ! Where should I go next?

Selling yesterday’s biscuits (as confirmed by store personnel) is ridiculous! I bring my daughter in at 7:15AM for hot, FRESH bacon, egg & cheese biscuits - especially at $7+ each… both biscuits were cold and hard plus the egg was not even warm enough to melt the shredded cheese to keep it on the sandwich. Not to mention coffee would’ve been another 5 minute wait as none was prepared - not to worry I went to the donut place next door.Callie, If this is the best you can do / hire then maybe you should drag yourself each morning in to make your famous, namesake biscuits… otherwise I’ll stick with Dunkin’ Donuts for less money. Shameful!

Coming back here to say that despite my original 2 star review resulting from having received the incorrect order and poor service, the biscuits really were delicious and Callie's customer service rep reached out to make things right. Appreciate the effort and follow up! Will definitely be back for more yummy biscuits and hopefully, a better experience next time around!

My wife and I were excited to try this place out, but we were very disappointed by basically every part of our experience here. The customer service was bad, the egg in the Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit looked and tasted like it had been made and sliced into perfect squares a day ago, and worst of all, the biscuits were just not very good! We both had the Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit, and besides my problems with the egg, the made-to-order biscuit was soggy, limp and generally sad. We also had three small, flavored biscuits on the side--the cinnamon biscuit was sweet but also incredibly salty, and the country ham biscuit was filled with mayonnaise (???). The cheddar biscuit was totally fine, but I would probably choose a normal store-bought or Waffle House biscuit over it any day. Also, the coffee tasted gross and was filled with grounds. I really wanted to like this place, but I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

I was told to try this again for the best biscuits in town because they seemed to be having an off day. Today the biscuits were very underdone and not better than I can make at home. It was a cute place with amazing and friendly staff and I will try again later this month and update my review.

Best biscuits in town! Never disappoints. The employees are also always very kind and helpful. I recommend getting the Fiery Pimento on a biscuit grilled.

Came in last Friday to pick up a biscuit. We came in around noon and there wasn't too long of a line. We tried to come on a Saturday morning one time, and the line was insane and we ended up going somewhere else. They do have an online ordering app that might save some time. We haven't tried it but might be worth a shot on the weekend. The inside only has a tiny counter with a few seats. They have a few outdoor tables - maybe 5. We got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was tasty but quite pricey. They have a pb&J biscuit that I'd love to come back and try sometime. A good place to check out if you are willing to wait!

So...this is really quite impressive. My wife and I went to Callie's about 3 years ago. The food and service were both really underwhelming and we left a one-star review on Yelp. Our biscuits clearly had powdered eggs on them that had been microwaved. The staff...totally clueless. After we left the review, the manager contacted me and got my info to send us a $20 gift card so we could "come back for a better experience." It took us a few years, but we gave it another shot today. We didn't even make it to the food part. After ordering, I pull out the gift card to pay (time for that better experience). The employee acted like I was crazy for trying to use a gift card and said that I would have to come back when the GM is on duty. I just gave up and left. This place is run by idiots. Do yourself a favor...head a mile or so Northeast to Brooklyn Bagel & Deli and give your business to people that know what they're doing.

Amazing customer service!! Mike was amazing to let us in before they close and allowed us to sit down and enjoy the amazing biscuits. He sold us on all the specials and we cannot wait to come back tomorrow for the 5 year Anniversary!

Nope, nope, nope!!! I have been wanting to try this place forever as I'm a bread lover. Any form of bread gets me excited. I came here on a late Sunday morning to try a few things. I ordered the country ham biscuit with egg and cheese and three of the mini biscuits- all sweet, as well as a beverage. I decided to eat in as they had some space inside. They apparently forgot my order and made at least three other people's orders. When I went back to the counter to encounter about my order, everyone seemed confused and I still had a wait. The long wait did not align with the food. The entire experience was just a complete turn off and I ultimately should have just went somewhere else. Can't say that I would come here again.
