This place has gone down since new owners. I have been eating here over 20 years. Tonight 5 of us are a substandard meal with terrible service! Trying to get the small bowl of rice refilled or waters refilled is impossible! And when we got the bill, it had a 20% tip already added! When you get the credit card voucher, they ask for more tip! No where are you informed there is a mandatory "tip." I wonder if this "tip" goes to the staff and are taxes collected in these charges....read full review
