I had the best service today at Capital One Café. Jacob helped me open a savings account and checking account that I couldn’t figure out how to do on my own walk me through the whole process with ease. Then after I got some food and coffee at the café, it was great as well.! I recommend. Since I’m one of the banking customers, they even offered me free coffee. 10 stars!

Kev, Star, and Lamyah were fantastic. So hospitable and kind. I didn’t even have a card but was treated with such kindness. Definitely stop in for a warm beverage and a shot of joy to your day.

Today I would like to give five stars to both Kelsey and Kevin for their fantastic customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this location.
