Carnitas Mochoacan Mexican Food catered my daughter's graduation party. I ordered $900 worth of food for 200 people. It was prepared on time and the packaging made it very easy to transport into my car. The rice and beans, which seem simply, we're a crowd pleaser. This this is authentic central Mexican food. The tortillas are handmade. Everything’s handmade. Came from Baltimore and ate here three times; excellent food, If you want authentic food.
