The food here is good, but the portions are very inconsistent. When ordering online, you often get less protein compared to ordering in person. I also notice I have to check my bowls before leaving to make sure I get the extra protein that I pay for.I came in today and the manager insisted she gave me 3 scoops of chicken, but the portion was clearly much smaller than usual and mostly greens. Instead of addressing the concern, she repeated that it was ‘3 scoops’ and said extra would cost more. As a regular customer, it’s disappointing to see this lack of consistency and professionalism.”

This guy just totally scammed me and refused to fix it. I ordered lamb and chicken, 1 order of each in my bowl. The guy charged me 32 bucks and said their worker gave me 4 orders of meat as if that's my responsibility 😂. Totally incompetent.
Owners need to take a look at that. Won't be back ever again. Used to go once or twice a week. It was some manager for context for the owners that'll read this. Avoid unless you want to be robbed. Nobody should be paying 32 dollars for a bowl with double meat at Cava 😂.
Back to chipotle, or frankly anywhere else lol.
