I will start off first by saying that I frequent CAVA locations quite a bit because I enjoy the fresh food available on the menu. However, today at the location on Roswell Rd. and Powers ferry Rd in Atlanta, we had a horrible experience. Two young ladies working in the early afternoon shift on November 16, 2026 started off by talking very badly about another customer in front of us which made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately we were already halfway through the line withour order otherwise I would have walked out. The two ladies kept making eye contact to each other, as if they had a problem with most of the customers in line. They were both quite rude and very unprofessional. The cashier DUMPED an extraordinary amount of sauce into my bowl because she couldn’t get the bottle to open dousing my entire bowl with dressing (made my entire bowl way too salty). She gave no apology and rushed me to pay. I was so irritated at this point. After I paid, she walked away and never gave me my receipt. After I remained at the register for short while, I asked her to give me my receipt. Finally, I realized there were no napkins available like there usually are. We had to wait a good while to ask for napkins and they both seemed to be greatly bothered and inconvenienced at our basic request. Because of this negative experience, I will never come back to this location, nor will I suggest anyone else to visit either. I will continue to frequent other locations with much better customer service in a clean and well stocked dining area. Deeply disappointed.

I've driven past CAVA many times before deciding to drop in.
First impression: Loving the outdoor dining area. Chill music plus an indoor dining space didnt disappoint. When walking in I saw some beautiful faces whom were welcoming. My experience didn't stop there. In fact, it just got started:
Looking at their menu made me feel as if I was in another country lol. They have a Mediterranean/ exotic vegan selection which I love. It took some time to narrow down my selections but once it was done, I was ready to dive in!
Thank you to Solo and the crew for taking care of me. Your recommended options and patience made my experience and meal delightful.
