I have never been to this location before but omg it’s bigger than the ones I know. I didn’t know the names of what I’m ordering but Kevin, he was so sweet, patient and nice. I recommend and I’ll Cole back again. Thank you Kevin for being patient with me.

If I could rate this a zero I would . I waited 55 minutes for my online order along with 15 other people while 100+ people went through the line. No food is convenient enough for level of incompetence this organization displays. I will no longer purchase from Cava

This was a disappointing experience at CAVA. The line was extremely long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional. One staff member rushed me through my order, and when I requested dressing on the side, he didn’t accommodate my request. Many of the toppings at the bar were empty, which limited my options and added to the frustration. To make matters worse, I noticed a staff member handling pita bread without gloves at checkout, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, this location fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from CAVA.
