The heavy set manager (not to be rude) needs a bit more training when it comes to service. Waiting 15-20 minutes for chips is ridiculous and to offer me a water cup for my wait is even more insulting… a medium drink would have been okay at least…smh

I went in this Cava for the first time during the week and the service was pretty decent with the women. These men on the weekend should not be serving food. The containers did not have any food. The serving was so sloppy. These businesses these days are just about money. They do not take the time to train their employees on good customer service. It's such a shame and turn-off. Oh well would not be going back to this one.

I always come to this cava, the consistency with food is always great and the customer service is always amazing. Until today. I came in around 3:30 Wednesday 8/14/24 when there was no other customers in the restaurant, a lady who I don’t typically see came out to help me. She was an older black lady. Very impolitely asked “what you want?” ….. very rude but I ignored it and proceeded with my order. I got to the protein side and I said spicy chicken and vegetables. She proceeded to give me only chicken. Then when I asked for vegetables as well she said “it’s gonna be extra” I said “I asked for the both of them” she then went back and forth with me on how I didn’t say that very rudely. Then when i went to check out she had a very poor attitude and just walked away because something was wrong with the register. I didn’t get an apologize , I didn’t get a “hey sorry someone is coming to fix this” nothing. Just pure rudeness. The gentlemen who came after to help at the register is always there and always nice checked me out. My advice to cava would be, you have a great growing business, amazing staff in every location I go to. Please don’t just hire anyone. Or at least give some customer service/etiquette classes for your employees who don’t want to be there. I probably won’t be returning back just because of the way I was treated .

This is the best cava in atlanta! They are ALWAYS kind and friendly when I come here to eat. The entire staff makes coming to this location so worth it. I try not to come here so much but it’s hard not to when I know the food is going to be great and the staff won’t be rude or give me issues. They are so patient and relaxed. I will try to add names to my review, but honestly the whole staff deserves the recognition! Management, please take care of this crew!

I always order CAVA delivery through UberEats, the food was fine per the usual. But I was very thankful that they gave my two side pitas with my bowl! There’s no way to ask for them on the app, so I was thankful whoever made the bowl still gave me them.
