We wanted to go there for Mother’s Day but we were on a tight schedule to catch our flight. I called & asked if they could have the sushi boat ready for us when we arrived & when we got there it was all prepared for us. We had a delicious meal & we were able to get to the airport on time. So accommodating & can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Atlanta!
Best sushi in Atlanta! Also they do an amazing job accommodating my family’s gluten sensitivity.
Food is terrific and the servers were awesome! I can't wait to go back. We were there as they closed and they never rushed us. We apologized for taking so long but they were gracious and kind. Don't make them stay late but they were very nice.

Based on the reviews, Thaicoon & Sushi Bar offers consistently excellent food with large portions. The restaurant has two dedicated chefs who specialize in Thai cuisine and sushi, resulting in authentic Thai dishes and excellent Japanese/sushi. Popular menu items include the coconut chicken soup, fried spring rolls, thai basil and fried rice bowls, and the volcano sushi roll. The sushi rolls are massive and amazing. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, welcoming, and relaxed. The service is friendly, super friendly, attentive, and gracious. The restaurant is located near Emory University and the CDC with ample free parking. The prices are fair and more affordable than Midtown. The restaurant does not “Americanize” its food, and the authentic Thai spice can be surprisingly intense.
