I placed an online order because I’m an EMT and wanted to have my order ready once I get there just in case I get a call. Not only did I have to wait an extra 15-20mins once I get there they got my order mixed up with another guy. It clearly stated market salad on the bag and I was given a Cobb salad. Ridiculous! No apology or anything given for inconvenience. Definitely won’t be going to this location again.

Every single time I go to this location, it NEVER disappoints. I never get my order wrong and they are always efficient despite being backed up and wrapped around the drive thru. Amazing dedicated workers who keep professionalism. The spicy chicken sandwich???? COOKED TO PERFECTION EVERY TIME. Came to the drive thru one day for a late dinner (I was the one of those people who were last minute before they closed :’) so sorry) and I kid you not, the fries were perfect and not soggy, and the chicken was still juicy, crunchy and seasoned well. I’ve been to other Chick Fil A’s where I promise you…it really depends on the location and how they cook certain things. NOT ALL chick fil a’s are the same. But this one, I can count on to be consistent and cook everything properly!!😁💖
I got the spicy honey pimento chicken sandwich 😆 only get it if you’re a cheese lover. They need to bring it back for good!!

Felt like I was at McDonald’s. Young lady at the drive thru was rude and had a horrible attitude. Did not feel like a Chick-fil-a experience. Better to go to literally any other Chick-fil-A.

I ordered my food, and walked out car to put my food in the car. I turned around and walked back into the restaurant for a refill. I was told since I left the building I can not get a refill but can buy another one. This is not something I ever heard before and they tried to say it was FDA approved. For the other families that have spent the day in CHOA I would highly suggest not to upset yourself more by visiting this restaurant. I would look elsewhere for values that are missing at this location.

Did a catering order for this location. Not the greatest of experiences. Missed 1/2 of the order and if I wouldn't have asked we probably would not have gotten it. I was unhappy with how the order was processed and then my 2nd in house order didn't get placed onto my rewards and I wasn't asked about it either. So lost out on credit for 12 fries.
