This is more about doordash rather than chik fi la. The service I received from chik fi la was amazing. They instantly resolved my issues, but doordash treated me so poorly that it makes me not want to order delivery from chik fi la ever again!If I could rate the doordash delivery service with less than 1 star I would. I ordered delivery through the chik fi la app, and door dash did the rest. I will never order again because the driver DID NOT deliver my food. I didn't recieve a picture, a message, or even a phone call asking where my apartment was located. When I called customer service they didn't help me, they tried to force a refund on me, and claimed they called chik fi la and reieved no answer. I KNOW FOR A FACT SHE DID NO TRY BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED CHIK FI LA THEY PICKED UP IN 3 RINGS! I had to contact chik fi la myself to get my situation resolved. I have never had this experience with uber eats. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING WITH CHIK FI LA DELIVERY EVER AGAIN! I PAID ABOUT 20 DOLLARS FOR THE CONVENIENCE AND WAS MET WITH GREAT INCONVENIENCE.
Super slow service in the drive up. The order taker personnel looked lost and bogged down. I ended up switching lanes while they switched personnel. Additional issues included not being able to pull out of the drive up after I got my order due to the back up in customers in the drive through.

Solid visit. Came into the drive thru on a weekday just before 1030. Team took the order, they were friendly, and I was out in less than 5 minutes.A little tricky to get out of the parking lot and back on the road but otherwise great.

The staff at the Chick Fil-A at 2340 North Druid Hills Rd is awesome!! Almost everyone is very cordial, helpful, efficient, accurate in getting the orders right, and professional. I have been going there for several years; they make it a family-like environment They are my family of choice. I want to recognize Saba, Sam, Shannon, David, Ms.J, Jo Ann, Rafael, Ruta, Tori, Alina, Dakota, Mary, Aleem, and Andy(just to name a few). They know how to connect with us customers, put a smile on our faces, and always make me feel like a most valued customer. They love to serve us and are among the main reasons why I keep coming back. Kudos to them and the entire Chick-Fil-A family!!
