I had an order get messed up, but I was really impressed with the steps the staff took to help make things right. When I called to let them know I had an error in my order Miley(?) let me know I could just come back in with my receipt to get things corrected. When I did, Tyler was super helpful and made the process really easy. Mistakes happen, but these guys did an excellent job of making things right.
Just wanna say that the chicken sandwiches are significantly smaller than they used to be and the chicken tortilla soup, as my kid said, was basically bean soup. Very very little chicken. That seems the trend.
My complaints stem from the parking lot, outrageously long line in the drive-thru all the time, and the fact that the inside sounds like a full capacity daycare. There is constantly screaming kids and kids running all over the place. I came here for lunch and as usual you can't even enjoy your lunch with noise cancelation airpods in. Small toddlers running out the door without a parent in sight as I'm walking in. There should be some kind of rules for the inside dining...
