Our family visited Chick-fil-A on Ponce last evening, and it turned into one of the most memorable restaurant visits we’ve had in a long time. We happened to arrive on bingo night, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was so refreshing to see a restaurant putting real effort into building a sense of community instead of just focusing on serving food.

Food was Luke warm during non-peak hours. Waffle fries were cold and I felt as if they had been sitting under a heated lamp. The only reason my sandwich was hot was because I asked for no pickles.

I dined in early on a Saturday morning and the customer service was fantastic. They were friendly and super accommodating to my kids.

Additionally, this is a really cool building/space. Very different than what we have in the suburbs.
