This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. My fries were cold and had no salt, my chicken sandwich wasn’t even buttered, and my sweet tea tasted disgusting and completely off. On top of that, I was the ONLY person in line, yet it still took at least five minutes to get my food. Absolutely unacceptable. I am beyond pissed.

Terrible food not a good reflection of Chick-Fil-A. For example, the fruit was moldy, did not have strawberries and the apples were poorly cut with stem and seeds and the chicken minis were packaged in a hurry and tasted like bad oil. I will not come back to this location.

Dear chick fil a employees on 8/26/25 at around 9:45 pm - I came through the drive thru and made a horrifically timed joke to my fellow passenger to uh put the fries in the bad and I'd just like to say I'm very sorry... that wasn't for you dear chick fil a employees... forgive me...

I am a fan for Chik-Fil-A fast food and this location is outstanding in service and professionalism. They are never short of presenting you with everything you need in a fast and very courteous manner. This location is the best. They do a great quality, customer service training of their young staff and it obviously shows on a very regular basis no matter the location. I am always impressed with their employees. Yes, the food is good!

Live in the area. It’s acceptable typically, but whoever decided to split the drive thru lanes into Mobile vs Drive thru needs to see this review. It’s 1:35pm. I’m currently in line waiting for my food. You are wasting SO much capacity on mobile orders that don’t exist. At least, not how you think they do. Two cars have entered the mobile thru lane since I’ve been in line.

Why would you make 2nd drive thru lane a “mobile order only” lane when you have a location less than a mile away that only takes mobile orders?? Bad management decision, stop pushing your mobile app, ppl clearly don’t want to use as the drive thru lane is now backup with no one in the mobile only lane! I love Chick Fil A but the decision makes 0 sense, do better CFA!!!

One of my favorite Chick Fil A locations. Everyone is always so friendly and the food is always fresh. At my last visit Kewana assisted me and she was spectacular. She introduced herself and handled my order personally. Her customer service was excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Great job!!

I love coming to Ponce and Boulevard. It’s such an incredible experience. I normally dine for breakfast or lunch, and both times, the experience is consistently well. Even if something was wrong with my order, they recover me quickly & empathize with correcting the error.
