Chick-fill-a is my favorite fast food restaurant, the choice is perfect and I highly recommend the brownies
This CFA needs a lot of work, yeah it was busy. But didn't put in correct sauce, fries were 1/2 full, worker was frustrated with an attitude, and had to wait 10 minutes for my lemonade. I go to a lot of CFA stores, this was bad.

I love Chick-fil-A and am always amazed at the way they usually ensure a uniform experience and quality regardless of location. This location is the exception….
Unbelievably slow line and even slower wait for food. The usually friendly and courteous staff are also missing. The suburban drive throughs are able to move tons of customers through efficiently, but this in-person only location can’t seem to get you through their line and put food in your hand in under 30-40 mins. It wasn’t even prime lunch hour as we arrived well after 1:00.
This is a flagship location right in the middle of a tourist zone. Do better Chick-fil-A and remember what people expect from your brand.

It was a really pretty chick fil a. They did really well serving our very large group of students.
I think any trip to Atlanta isn't complete without a trip to a local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately, this location was across the street from my hotel.
I love combo #11. The cheese and fries always make a great meal. I love the chicken as well.

Only one person working the register when 3 others were standing around. Manager came out finally and helped bag orders but disappeared again when there was a line for refills, sauces, ect by the register. I worked at a CFA and I know this store wasn't prioritizing guest the way they are trained too. The food was fine but the service and atmosphere was awful.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Took over 30 minutes to get a few ice creams. The cashier could only do so much. Everyone else was in the back or talking with their friends in the lobby.

Same order, people who wants to get free food received his food earlier than everyone, he asked one by one on the pickup waiting line for free food, a sweet lady ordered for him, then he got free food ASAP, chick fliA staff even knew his name😵
