This past weekend I was in town for a conference. So, I was looking for some breakfast. I went to this location to get some breakfast and when I got there at 8:55 it said on the door that they open at 9:00. Cool, I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes. Well, finally at 9:05 they opened the door. Still, no big deal. Well when I order with the other customers we stood around forever waiting on our orders. The lady beside me said something about how long it was taking. The lady said very rudely, we just opened at 9:00 and we don’t start cooking until then. Most restaurants start cooking before they open. I got my breakfast and left. The next day, I went back due to not having anywhere near there to eat. I got there at 10:00. The line wasn’t that long, but was taking forever. Around 10:15 and I was still in line. The lady behind the counter screamed they are no longer cooking breakfast and what they have left was it. There was still about 10 people a head of me, so I just left. This has to be the most ridiculous chick fil a I have ever been to. Very rude staff and not professional at all. Never once did I hear my pleasure or even a “you’re welcome”. For people who are not from around this area and just wanted to try the chick-fil-a experience, this location is giving the other restaurants a really bad name.

Our 6th grade recently traveled to Atlanta for a field trip from North Carolina. Through a miscommunication, our first venue failed to have lunch for our group of 56 people. Chick-fil-a was supposed to have the evening meal prepared for us to eat at the College Football Hall of Fame at 3:30. Upon hearing our predicament, Chick-fil-a gladly prepared our meal at 1:30 and had it ready for us on the field at the College Football Hall of Fame. The quality of the food was as always superb! Chick-fil-a, you are the best!!! Thank you from North Carolina!

I ordered waffle fries and 4 chicken tenders, along with a milkshake for dessert. The quality was okay. The service was terrible. My order was taken quite quickly, within 5 minutes. My dessert was served 10 minutes later and my main course in 50 minutes. I counted 37 people waiting, it was a terrible atmosphere because we couldn't even hear the names announced for the ready orders. To be avoided, in any case in case of crowds.

About 20 minutes walk from the hotel we stayed at. It's close to the Olympic Park, and the store is spacious and clean. The original Chick-fil-A is a simple dish with just a bun, chicken, and pickles, but the tenderness of the chicken and the flavor of the batter are so exquisite that I end up eating it every time I come to the US.

Rude and slow service. Hard to believe a Chick-Fil-A could be this bad (especially with no drive-thru). Food was ok but the service was terrible and the restaurant is not very clean. Be prepared to wait a long, long time.
One of the worst chick fillets i've ever been too. Customer service was horrible,Food was four quality, and there was no sense of urgency. There was no leadership on the floor. The associates were more into their conversations.Then doing their job. Out of eight people only one person was working which made no sense. Again one of the worse chick fillets i've ever been too. Also one of the worst dinning rooms i've ever seen in chick fil.

Visited this Chik-Fil-A twice in one day. The personnel at the registers were very unfriendly and rude-ON BOTH VISITS! Different people all with bad attitudes. On the second visit all we ordered was one drink. They made us wait as others were ordering food and immediately getting their drinks. “My pleasure”? … not hereParking: You will have to pay for parking if you drive to this location.
