This would be a four star except the service was horrible. We barely saw our waiter and as a result had to wait for a while for refills, for our receipt, and for my alcoholic drink. The food was good, but the service was lacking.

Service was slow, and the place was crowded. Servers were nice, but there was too much socializing going on with staff with too many people waiting to ve served. Sitting at the bar, it still took almost an hour to get a simple soup, salad, and a burger. I am not interested in returning but will go to LongHorns next door: better food, better service, and better atmosphere. My time and money will be respected there. Never spend money where you are not appreciated, and yes, I do...

I had an experience at this restaurant where the hostess greeted us in a less-than-welcoming manner, making us feel uncomfortable from the start. We were unsure about whether we would even stay due to the cold reception. However, the situation took a positive turn when the manager, Whitney, noticed our unease. She came over to assess the issue, listened to our concerns with genuine attentiveness, and reassured us that what had just occurred was an anomaly and wouldn't happen...
