I received an incomplete order without being notified the menu items for the food were out of stock. I had to go back ask about about it, did not like the fact I was not offered an opportunity to exchange or partial refund for food that I paid for.
I ordered wings from them before but I’m guessing that because it’s Memorial Day weekend it’s been a bad night. I ordered my food through Uber eats and received something that looked like it was just thrown in a box no fries and no ranch that I paid for not to mention I’ve been trying to call up there since last night when I received them and I can’t get in contact with them. Very unprofessional. They let somebody take my food & didn’t give my money back. They don’t check to make sure people are picking up the correct order, they just give it out. The workers are rude & incompetent. This is sad.
