Very unprofessional. They let somebody take my food & didn’t give my money back. They don’t check to make sure people are picking up the correct order, they just give it out. The workers are rude & incompetent. This is sad.

Don’t recommend this spot at all. Cold wings and missing more than half of my order. Waited 25 minutes beyond pickup time. Spend your money elsewhere.

I received an incomplete order without being notified the menu items for the food were out of stock. I had to go back ask about about it, did not like the fact I was not offered an opportunity to exchange or partial refund for food that I paid for.

I ordered wings from them before but I’m guessing that because it’s Memorial Day weekend it’s been a bad night. I ordered my food through Uber eats and received something that looked like it was just thrown in a box no fries and no ranch that I paid for not to mention I’ve been trying to call up there since last night when I received them and I can’t get in contact with them. Looks like someone got my money and I get a 4th of what I paid for. Normally they are good about my order but this was disappointing as hell.

Could definitely do better in quality. The wings were dry for them to have been tossed in honey BBQ sauce. The breading of the wings were kind of spongy. Wasn’t really feeling these wings. I just thought I try them out since they were new.

1) Had issues finding the location as there is no signage for Its Just Wings on Camp Creek Parkway. Orders are actually being fulfilled at a Chili’s restaurant.2) Waited in Chili’s To Go parking space as instructed (after I called the number listed and was instructed that IJW is inside of Chili’s. Received a text that my order was ready and would be brought out. 10 mins later, still no order.3) Eventually went inside and not one was at the register/counter. Waited 5 more minutes and noticed my food (my name was clearly displayed in it) was sitting on a counter (non-warming) behind the register. I stuck my head around the corner and saw 2 workers so asked if I could just get my food. I was told ‘No’ (understandably). However, when the worker came down to give me my order, she pointed to a sign on the wall that said TEAM MEMBERS ONLY and said don’t come across that line. First of all, there was no line and the sign was perpendicular to my location so I’m essence, not even a virtual line was crossed. Needless to say, I not my business will be supporting this restaurant in the future.

1/22/22 Decided to order food as we were tired and jetlagged found this place near the hotel. Ordered via Grub Hub received 20 boneless wings ...lemon pepper and some other flavor. No type of lemon pepper flavor whatsoever..all of the curly fries were old and cold. Requested ketchup received none. Ordered a sprite and received something that was barely carbonated water.Didn't appreciate being given the old food that was probably going to be thrown away..We should have read the reviews before ordering.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This is a Chili's establishment (using door dash for delivery), which makes sense why I was charged and never received my order. My order was supposed to arrive at 9:43 PM. At 10:36 PM, I received a notification from doordash that my order could not be delivered...I have not received a refund yet.

It's Just Wings is actually a Chili's, which I'm told is a normal thing now. Having one restaurant cooking the food of another is apparently called a "ghost restaurant". Either way, I think restaurants should work their own menu, the wings and fries were freezer burnt and the fries were undercooked. They don't have enough staff to take and fill orders for three different restaurants. I understand everyone is having a staffing issue so maybe don't run three restaurants out of one that is already having staffing issues as it is.:Response to the owner: Pick up.

I wish I knew this place was at Chili's restaurant before I ordered and paid online. I would have never ordered from this location. I made a promise that I would never step foot back in that Chili's years ago after getting some bad food and terrible service. I ordered at 6:45 pm and promised my order at 7:19 pm. When I arrived and parked in a to go spot i confirmed through email that I arrived and the spot I was in. The message said someone will be out with your order soon. At 7:40 I tried calling no one answered, so I went inside and remembered why I don't go there. Nine customers were in the to go area complaining about not getting food as promised. The manager was apologizing for the delay. So when I told the cashier my order at 7:58pm , she gave me a bag and said your order been ready. So I said how come no one brought it curbside and she said they didn't have time for that tonight. Oh ok first and last time eating at It's Just Wings. The wings were very big and lacked sauce, so they were just okay. Nothing to make me go back. What a waste of my time and money !

The wings are excellent--i should lead with that. But maybe I caught these folks on a bad night. Nobody appeared to be bringing out pick-up orders, so after a half hour in my car I finally went inside (there was quite a line) and found my food piled up with about ten other orders. My order was missing fries, but I didn't have 45+ minutes to wait on them to fix it. This was definitely a staffing issue. Pay your people better!
