Great customer service. Had the Chicken bowl, there made to order. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from. Very filling.Had lunch there and will definitely be back

This location is horrible, I haven’t had a good experience here in years. I just came back after not coming for about 6 months and the service and food quality is still horrible. I just waited 20 minutes for chicken and they still have the nerve to charge me for double chicken. They dont give you good portions and they try to save ingredients when they get a rush. Half the staff is nice and the other half act like ogres.

When you are constipated you can go across the street to murder kroger and buy some nasty tasting chemical laxative or you can come here for a delicious and effective alternative

The servers grumpy and rude, poor management. No forks were in holder, no napkins in holder, and place was dirty. They got our orders wrong, then had a bad attitude. Minimal meat portions and meat tasted off. Usually enjoy Chipotle, never again this one!!

Do not go here. I promise you- you will save time and money- save yourself from stress. This location constantly gives small portions, and I’m not exaggerating. This last order was the last straw. No guacamole, and looks like half of the bowl was eaten. This location needs a lot of help.

Anyone that’s rated this place higher than 1 star has never eaten at a chipotle because they have lowered the barr tremendously on a great brand.

I don’t know if they intentionally manipulate, or if they just don’t know how to use the online order system but you’ll be notified your order is ready “on the shelf” but then when you go up to the shelf and don’t see it and ask about it, you’re yelled at and told “we’re 40 mins behind” (so you wait in the lobby of maybe the grossest chipotle for 45 mins)

Only to then get an order missing half of what you requested (this has happened twice) with no one to request to re do it because “they’re 40 mins behind”

Really rude staff that rushed the orders and were not friendly at all. They did the smallest possible sprinkle amount of each topping and got annoyed when anyone asked for more. Horrible experience, will not come back to this location. (The guy server was very nice, no dislike to him) but the women working were awful.

Of the 2 times me being here, the operation is horrible. The line is backed out of the door. Their service line is extremely dirty. Back of house staff not following health standards. Literally never going back to this location.

I would actually give 0 stars if i could. Waited 30 minutes for chips and guacamole that i ordered for PICKUP. This location would be better off if It was shut down completely and replaced with any other chain restaurant.

The staff at this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST. No customer service skills what so ever. They ignored the whole customer line to make a catering order while we all just stood there and watched. No greeting, no we’ll be right with you not even common sense to make these orders on the CARRY OUT LINE. They just acted like the people in line included myself did not exist. This location has done nothing but decline in service and year after year. Just close down at this point. When I finally did get to place my order after waiting 10 minutes in line, my order was taken by an employee named Solo who treated me with human decency. She actually asked how I was doing and was very kind which is the bare minimum you can ask of an establishment when you’re spending your money so thank you to her for doing her job and treating people kindly. Out of the 10-12 employees in the building, she appeared to be the one who actually takes pride in her job.

This is the SECOND time in a row being at this restaurant and the access area for ADA has been blocked. This time by a worker IN UNIFORM who proudly flashed her Chipotle uniform at me when I motioned for her to move out of the space so I could get out of my vehicle. I have an ADA tag, but she doesn't and has the gall to think she can park there because she works there? Do better Chipotle.

This has to be the WORST restaurant ever. The Outside was not clean, the food line was horrible. The floor was wet, the serving line was absolutely horrible, very nasty. Customer Service was ridiculous. I had to wait a extra 15 minutes for my order. The manager was not helpful at all. After I returned to my office and discovered they gave me the wrong order. I took it back, and the lady at the counter took it and called the persons name out and proceeded to give them the food. After I literally brought the food back from outside the store. She didn't check the bag or anything. A person could have opened it and done anything to it. She just handed it to another customer in a UNSEALED bag. The inspection score says 100, but that is so questionable. Horrible Store! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never again will I visit this store.
