I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I walked in about an hour before closing and asked for a burrito, and the employee straight up said “no” and started laughing. I was just standing there awkwardly until she finally decided to make it, which already set the tone.

When she did make my burrito, she barely put any chicken in it. Considering they were already out of multiple items on the line, I would expect them to at least be a little more generous, but that definitely wasn’t the case.

As I moved down the line, every employee I interacted with seemed irritated and unfriendly, like they didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. The whole experience just felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I get that it was close to closing, but there’s no excuse for being rude or treating customers like that. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

I have never in my life felt the need to leave a negative review on an establishment before but the horrendous experience that I had today at this specific Chipotle has changed all of that. We come here quite often and the customer service has never been stellar but it’s never been bad enough to make me walk out in the middle of ordering my food like it was tonight. The employees that work here make it quite clear that they do not respect their jobs or the company or the customer’s. Why work in customer service if you hate the customers? They act as if serving customers is an inconvenience to them but it’s literally what they applied to do. No one is forcing them to continue working there. Where is the logic? They seem to feel a false sense of power because they are behind that counter (lol) and I’m not really sure where that delusion stems from but it’s comical to watch. I have already written a formal complaint to the company so I won’t go into detail about my experience here tonight but let’s just say that it’s very obvious that the people who work there don’t care about losing business and that must be a reflection of bad management but I will ensure that corporate holds them all accountable. There are loads of reviews on this page just like mine so I urge you to take these claims seriously and thoroughly investigate these people before they drive away more business with their disgusting attitudes.

Stopped by after work at 9. Kitchen was a disaster, they were out of over half the items and I found a piece of plastic in my food, yuck.

Staff was great tonight whoever was managing was so nice, they messed my order up a little but fixed it immediately and gave me a free drink. they were so kind and helpful and very patient with me

Atlanta has really bad Chipotles, unlike South Florida where they are all good. This is the first one that was close to a South Florida Chipotle. And the workers work! Fast and polite.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. It’s the closest to my home and I order often, and yet they cannot seem to get a single order right. They forget your food, are rude, and have a security guard for online orders. I’ve been a chipotle fan for years but with this being the only reasonable location in our vicinity I just opt for other brands now.

too many bad reviews have kept me from visiting this location until i finally caved for lack of better options. I am so glad i decided to pick up my dinner from here look at this beauty 😫😍 God bless whoever made this bowl, my faith in chipotle has been restored 💖💖🌯🌯

The short girl on the line with red hair is PATHETIC!🤮. God has made you a human so behave like one! Don’t understand who is forcing you to be there and rant things that makes no sense!

This is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been too. I’ve never been so repulsed in my life. The portions are so small you’ll leave with a bowl 1/4 full but for the full price. It’s the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do not go to this location RUN! Unless you like to waste your money!
