I came here around 5 after work. I ordered to bowls with white rice, chicken, barbacoa. THE RICE WAS SO SALTY I couldn't eat it. It was chunks and lumps of salt plus a bay leaf. I called location multiple times and no answer. I went for refund but because I ate some of the food TO TASTY I was told they couldn't refund me. So the $26 went down drain.

12/7/24 at 9:30pm... the guy with the earring under his eye needs to be penalized for holding up the line flirting with female customers. We all had to wait an estra 10 minutes because he was not doing his job... which is to be an EFFICIENT server... he could have taking the girls aside, but he didn't... the other negative is that there was no sauce or vinegarette. If your store closes at 11pm, then there should be vinegarette made regularly until 11pm. Staff was young and inexperienced and it showed. The guy with the earring under his eye needs to be retrained. I will be back.

Usually come here once a week. Good service chipotle that has decent portions. Staff is nice. Sometimes they they don't really refill the utensils and napkins area, but no big deal.

Online and on their door, they open at 10:45am. Door not unlocked until 10:50am. No big, smells great inside. I go to order and steak nor brisket are ready.

I wait another 15 minutes for the meat to finish only to have the cash register not working.

That said, the staff member I was speaking with was nice and apologetic. Just be ready when the doors open is my critique.

I came here after work around 5:45 6 o’clock and the Asian young lady was very rude. If you do not like working at chipotle find another job sweetie. No one asked you to serve people if you don’t like to serve.

Timestamps:

10:44 AM: I arrive at the doors. I know it doesn't open until 10:45 so I wait.

10:45 AM: I stand at the door half expecting an employee to come open the door but they're all scrambling to do stuff in the restaurant I figure for opening however one male employee (employee 1) stands at the counter staring back at me.

10:47 AM: The same employee that was staring at me from the counter comes over and opens the door.

I walk over to the counter to order my food. I immediately notice that several items are not yet laid out for serving (white & brown rice for example). The same employee that opened the door for me asks me what I'd like to order. I say a bowl. To which the employee notices that none of the rice is out. Employee 1 calls to employee 2 that the rice is not made. Employee 2 immediately goes to the back and presumably starts putting the rice together. Employee 3 who is sweeping and cleaning things up while the cashier (employee 4) is standing there doing nothing asks me if I'd like white or brown rice. Employee 2 stands there awkwardly while I'm waiting for for the rice to be brought out probably 2 or 3 minutes later. I go through the rest of the line without any issues until I get to the register to cash out. Employee 4 brought out two tills and a coin till. Here employee 4 and employee 5 are sorting through a stack of what I assume to be chipotle terminal access cards to ring me up. There are various words and names written in sharpie with the cards.

10:53 AM: Up until now I was the only customer. People started to trickle into the restaurant. Employee 3 comes over to help them and then there's a scene of employee 3, 4, and 5 feverishly swiping away at every card in their stack trying to get the POS unlocked. While this is happening I'm noticing that employee 4 is swiping her cards upside down from the other two employees. After several attempts and close to 10 minutes later they finally get the right card to which none of them know how to assign drawers/tills until they finally figure it out and are able to ring me up.

10:59 AM: I leave the chipotle very annoyed.

Long story short: opening procedures should probably be done a lot sooner than while the customer is at your register waiting to be checked out 10 minutes after already opening.

Update: 10/29: 11:00AM. Exactly two weeks after I last came here. I get to the register and the lady in front of me is told she'll have to wait some time to cash out because "they're still counting the money".

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The chips are ALWAYS stale and food is never fresh. The staff is not welcoming. You can tell it starts with the management
