The staff here is very nice and the food is always fresh. Portions are great, better than any other chipotle. The only complaint is that there are homeless people who loiter here and ask for money. It’s not chipotle’s fault, but it makes me feel uncomfortable.

The staff see it’s a long line but instead let one person continue to make all the meals while the other team member sits at the register. Mind you no one needs to be cashed out. In considerate of others time and the employee. Of course the food is good. Shoutout to the guy making the orders because he was patience the hole time. I believe he’s Caucasian.

Something needs to be cleaned or the food needs to be cooked properly. There's no way I should be having violent diarrhea without fail, after eating at this restaurant. I know it's tariffs time, but please for the love of mankind, throw out the old food. And why do I need to ask y'all to put food in the plate? Out here skimping on food that being paid for.

This chipotle worse one I’ve been to.Give the smallest portion of meat like half spoon barely and beans and rice.I went midday like 4pm.The two girls gave little food.Do not come get chipotle here.

This place is horrible every time we order from here our food is wrong! Each time I order 3 tacos with hard shells and they always give soft shells without explaining the reasoning. This time my fiancé caught it and went back in and they claimed they only had one hard shell and proceeded to wrap it in foil and throw it in the bag. I will never be back at this establishment they are super unprofessional and cannot seem to get orders right!

I just wanted to share something that happened at your location on Friday, July 11 around 10:50 PM that really left me feeling uncomfortable and honestly kind of grossed out.

There’s a guy who’s usually working when I come in, and I’ve noticed several times that he’ll be cleaning — like touching spray bottles or surfaces — and then goes straight to handling food without changing his gloves. It’s happened more than once, but tonight was the worst it’s ever been.

He had just been using a sponge that was soaking in soap and water, and his gloves were dripping wet. Then, without changing them, he grabs a bowl and asks me what I want. I was so taken aback that I asked if he could please change his gloves, and instead of just doing it, he sighed loudly and rolled his eyes — it was so unprofessional and honestly made me feel disrespected as a customer. I ended up walking out.

I’m not the type to complain or try to get anyone in trouble, but when it comes to food safety, it’s serious. I’ve seen this happen before with other customers, too. I really hope someone in management can check the camera footage from that night — what happened is all there.

I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but if someone is putting customers at risk like this and it keeps happening, I do think it needs to be addressed. I’m genuinely shocked it happened so blatantly.

Thanks for listening, and I really hope there’s actions taken against this worker I and many people don’t feel safe eating at this location until he’s removed. (Y'all know he does this all the time)
