The worst Chipotle I've ever been to, didn't get the order right, act like you're being rude for trying to ask them a question, and then they can't even roll a burrito correctly

NEVER order a delivery or pick up from this location. Waited 2 hours and the store ended up cancelled my order after 15 people tried to pick it up and they couldn’t keep up and make it (the simplest order). Can’t contact anyone via chat or phone. Ridiculous and won’t be ordering here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My order took over a half hour when the guy making the food said it’s almost ready for thirty minutes. I caught them laughing about people waiting for orders. Reported to regional store manager. Terrible customer service.

Had no issues with this Chipotle; was surprised to see the low reviews. I do think there's a sizable homeless population around the location, but it's Midtown. You're going to get that. Friendly staff and had my order ready for pick-up as soon as I arrived. Solid burrito!

Great experience at Chipotle today ! The food was fresh and delicious, but what made our visit special was the amazing service. We were very hungry and the quantity was sufficient. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole team worked together so smoothly. Everything was clean, fast, and well-organized. Big thanks to the cook, cashier and serving team for making our visit outstanding !

Always out of things

Im very disappointed with this location. I ordered a burrito with honey chicken. The rice was hard and the chicken had no flavor at all. On top of that, the burrito was ice cold. This location should definitely retrain the staff so that the food is consistent with the Chipotle brand. Management if you're reading the reviews of this location, that should tell you it's time for some changes. On a good note, the staff was friendly and prompt.

Go ahead and save yourself the trouble and never online order from here. They will manage to leave out items from your order and anything extra you pay for like queso you're definitely not getting lol. This location sucks and isn't worth the outrageous Chipotle prices.
