This place is off my list. The quantity of actual meat (chicken, beef or pork) that they put in a bowl is tiny!! Lots of rice and lettuce, but almost no meat. There’s lots of good fast food around Loring Heights. I’ll be trying elsewhere.

Ordered a bowl with all three salsas and add one and it was completely dry the chips were stale and the queso on the tacos tasted old. Very bad experience, will never order from here again.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. No one gave a crap about their job, let the line out the door moving slowly and generally bad attitudes. Made many including myself wait north of half an hour for mobile pickup orders. Upon getting my pickup order, didn’t have the chips and was told that they were out of chips. It turned out that was a (lazy) lie because the other girl went to the back and grabbed some chips for me. No silverware available. Don’t come here if there’s any chipotle within 45 minutes of you

The store is very dirty, all tables were dirty and employees do not make an effort to come out and clean it. All the trash was overflowing. My son had little mass while eating so he went to grab some napkins but it was out and employees said we don't have time and we will fill it when we have a chance. 😡😡😡😡😡 On Saturday night on 2/22/25 around 9:15 pm and my son asked for water cups and employee said we are out of water cups so you hav to buy soda. Poor service and really poor management. I will not come to this place anymore. I'd rather go to MOE'S. I suggest that to others as well

Tonight’s experience was a disgrace. People are standing in long lines only to be told all of the items they are out of once it’s their turn to order. They were out of tortilla wraps, sour cream, pico salsa, and fajita veggies. The place was FILTHY. There was food all over both food lines as well as the kitchen prep table. The floors were trashy. To top it off the attitudes due to possibly being frustrated and overwhelmed were at an all time high. It was simply not a great experience at all. I really expect more from chipotle.

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!Every-time I come here no matter what time or day they are always out of stuff or even if there’s absolutely no one in the building but the workers ..I hate that this is the closest one to me but I wish it was shut down . 20+ minutes for Brisket and it still wasn’t finish I left WITH NO FOOD AFTER 40 minutes and to add again there was no one there when I arrived at 5pm .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This location NEVER opens on time! Got the smoked brisket and there was only 5 small pieces of fat! Not even meat…never coming back!
Good food, service, and fresh variety. Had 2 chicken (freshly cooked) with sodas, excellent.
Parking: Not many spots to park but people were picking up so it freed up parking.

Terrible customer service , the line was at the door and the employees were constantly walking around not doing anything. When they noticed the long line , the proceeded to say “they can wait” and others laughed while customers were watching. Do better.
