The staff here is always friendly and polite. But without fail, there is always a crazy line here that is extremely slow moving. I certainly understand (even expect) a lunch or dinner rush, but the line at this location is always extremely backed up no matter the time of day. It is not a quick stop, and I typically spend 20-30 minutes waiting in line to get my food. Although the portions are good and the team members are kind, the long wait kind of defeats a lot of the reason I go to Chipotle: a quick, efficient, healthy option.

I had a really negative experience at this Chipotle. I ordered the Kids Taco kit to go online. When I got home, I only received two toppings after ordering three. Workers didn't inform me and try to get a replacement topping if they didn't have it in stock. The guacamole was also clearly spoiled and brown. It had a foul smell outside of simply oxidation. The drink machine had no ice.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle for about 3 months every time I leave it I somehow feel more upset. I use the mobile pickup and every-time I have to wait at least 10 mins by the counter for someone to acknowledge me. Today I went in and I kid you not one person was standing in the back doing absolutely nothing while 3 of us waited. Whatever that’s what I’ve come to expect at this location. Then however I get home and this is what I see. Where is the other half of the bowl? I expect some type of refund at least 50 percent as they only gave me half a bowl.

They were OUT OF EVERYTHING NAPKINS SPOONS AND STEAK MY FOOD WAS VERY VERY COLD RICE WAS VERY HARD AND THEY WERE OUT OF RECEIPT PAPAER THEY CLAIM MADE ME TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SCREEN THE MANAGER SAID THAT’S THE ONLY WAY BEANS ARE HARD AS WELL

This location was my favorite, but not anymore. Horrible experience that corporate will definitely be hearing about!!! Despite being out of lettuce, corn, pico, & guacamole in the 'in person' line, they charged me full price for a bowl! To make matters worse, they had ALL the ingredients in the 'online' order line, but refused to utilize them to complete my bowl! If a customer takes the time to personally drive all the way to your store, they should get what they paid for! SMH
