THEY HAVE COCKROACHES
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience at Chipotle was beyond unacceptable.
We waited in line for about 15 minutes — the line was really long, and everyone behind the counter seemed miserable. Which is every time I go there. The staff was visibly frustrated, throwing food into bags and not paying attention to presentation at all. When it was our turn, my friend ordered a kid’s meal quesadilla and picked her sides. They didn’t even give her the quesadilla until after she paid — and then just handed it to her hot, with no container, no bag, nothing.
I got my bowl, which went fairly smoothly, but the cashier was still extremely rude. We decided to sit outside and eat, but as soon as my friend opened her kid’s meal box, there was a cockroach inside — just laying there. It was absolutely disgusting. We were both in shock. My friend went back in to speak with the manager and ask for a refund, and all he said was, “I’ll give you the refund.” No apology, no concern, nothing.
We left immediately. I’ve never been more disgusted or disappointed by a restaurant. Definitely will not be returning.

A bunch of young kids serving young kids. Line stay long, employees are very slow. They are very stingy with the food portions and don't know to to ration the ingredients in a bowl or burrito. Need customer service training and an experienced professional manager on site at all times.

Every time I come to this chipotle location there’s always some kind of issue. Today they didn’t have any fresh chicken ready and I can understand why because there were 6 to 7 people standing around in the food prep area just talking and chatting and staring at me. Literally standing there doing nothing and just staring at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there or something. It wasn’t that busy when I was there, so why are they running out of one of the most popular ingredients? There was only one person taking/filling the orders which made things take longer, but there were multiple people standing in the back doing absolutely nothing but laughing and talking. There was no receipt paper available for me to get a receipt. I wonder why? Probably because the team is too busy talking and doing nothing to actually get the replacement done. Does anyone even manage this location? Every time I come here it’s complete chaos. Such a frustrating experience every time! Not planning to come back.

This is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, the customer service is horrible. Nobody wants to work. They are always out of every thing. It’s 8:50pm on a SATURDAY and they’re out of white rice, pico de gallo, steak and chicken!!!! Like why are y'all even open?! I will never patronize this location again. The owner needs to do a clean sweep of staff, hire people that actually want to work and actually have food in stock. Despicable!!

The Manager on Duty Nae does an amazing job! Service is great, food quality is the best of any of the Chipotle’s in Atlanta! Seriously if you want chipotle and it to be consistent and delicious this is the location to go to! Hands on management, happy employees, a 10/10 overall! Thank you to the team at Loring Heights!
