I ordered a chicken bowl, and unfortunately, the quality and taste of the chicken were terrible. Normally, I might give the benefit of the doubt, but not today (02-22-25). The chicken was undercooked and only half done. This is the second time I've experienced this, but I could eat the food. The chicken has a rubbery texture. I'll be heading to the store in the morning. Why is the chicken being cooked halfway, resulting in this rubbery consistency?
Very disappointing to say the least. No black beans which should have been a red flag. Then no forks means eating with a spoon. Lastly they allow beggars to sit and ask for money as you walk by inside the restaurant while trying to eat
This place is a joke. The hiring manager is a joke. The employees are a joke. I received the worst rolled burrito. It was improperly wrapped, and was exposed on one corner. When I brought it to their attention and told them that I wanted the burrito done from scratch. They just put another layer of foil on it. Then they put my cup in the bag, and literally slung the bag at me causing the cup to fall on the floor. I walked out. But I’m about to go back and talk to the manager.
