Senobia (sp) the young black man with the nose ring has an absolutely disgusting attitude. I asked him to check to see if my order had been made because the website wouldn’t allow me to pay online and he refused and told me to go outside because that’s where the pickup window is. When it came time for me to pay he snatched the money out of my hand so violently that it fell to the floor and another customer ended up having to pick it up. He then attempted to throw my change in the bag even though he saw my hand out to receive it. I spoke with the manager Maria who seemed to not care even though the entire interaction happened in front of her. This location is always missing ingredients so why make the experience worse with horrible customer service. Do better!

EVERYTIME I order from this location on doordash the staff FORGETS the ingredients. EVERYTIME! and this always happens specifically when I order in the evening. 5 times in a row! Ridiculous!

Nothing here is fresh except the staff and their attitude. The food was dry and the portions were what I would feed my child. I just cancelled the order and walked out. Not sure if management cares about running a proper business because there are so many bad reviews.

This place is horrible and super unprofessional they allow me to wait in line for over 15 min and then when my turn come they say there not taking cash that's what I had. I was super hungry and had to go find something else the workers are horrible and they act like they don't even want to work please corporate office

I asked politely for a kids cheese and bean Quesadilla with rice. Some how me asking for that caused the employee to be bothered by my request. She stated what meat would you like. I responded no meat just beans and rice please. She responded frustrated saying they can’t do that what meat would I like.I replied no meat just beans and rice please. She began to make a cheese quesadilla with rice on the side and said again what meat. I then asked I’m sorry but I continue to say beans and no meat why are you asking what meat she got frustrated and said We can’t put beans on the quesadilla you have to choose a meat. I respectfully responded and said I’m not asking for me I want just beans and rice she slapped the beans and the cheese on the tortilla and smashed it with the Grill as a line formed behind me. Then slide the order down to the next person as they prepared the order I asked what is that he responded with. It’s what you ordered I said I didn’t order that. I asked the guy is this normal for her behavior he responded with no I apologize it shouldn’t be this complicated.I see that in A lot of the food establishments in Atlanta the service is horrible the employees hate their jobs and they decide who they want to be nice to according to how their management pays them to behave and it’s sick. The intent behind the behavior is organized with their management allowing them to be in appropriate if it matches their hidden agenda. As the line formed behind me it was clear their behavior was for humiliation and a show. It’s something that the audience sign up for and something that the employees get paid for.Despite the rude behavior the individuals behind me pretended they didn’t see what happened and behaved like they were having a great experience only for the woman behind me to get a messed up order too. They guy behind her pretended to be polite saying thank you as I am ear hustling the situation I laughed to myself leaving with a smile and noticing that the actors are assigned by energy levels. Ready to write a fake review pretending to have a great experience condoning the behavior because they were being treated kindly. The games people play with your food and money is unacceptable these business need to be shut down.No one wants to be served angry food with bad attitudes.Businesses need to be held responsible for their staff and their service.It’s obvious to that it is organized crime. And should be illegal.

Shockingly bad. I love Chipotle because the food is normally consistent. At this location, I got the chicken burrito bowl. The chicken tasted so off that I had to double-check that I didn't get something else accidentally. The chips were soggy and stale. The guac was the only edible thing and was tasty. I ended up throwing everything away after 3 bites. Waste of $16.

Overall a great location. Efficient customer service. The line moves relatively fast and the food quality is always consistent. The location can be difficult getting in and out of, It is often crowded. The restaurant normally has seating and is not always clean. I definitely recommend it, however generally needs improvement.⭐️⭐️⭐️?
