Hated the walk but I needed the steps! Associates should be in full uniform and looking neat. No reason to look unprofessional at a Chipotle i could see if it's 3rd shift at the waffle house...

I don’t usually eat on this side of town, but I was hoping the quality at this Chipotle would be top tier. Unfortunately, it was lacking. I ordered a steak burrito, and the steak was so tough and dry that it crumbled as it was being put on my burrito. I even overheard the worker whisper to his coworker, “this is mad dry,” which wasn’t very reassuring—but I was craving it and hoped it would taste better than it looked.

I come here every week and not once have they gotten my order wrong nor did I have to wait for my pickup, food is always ready in a timely manner. The best! Keep up with the good work.
