This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle because of the great and efficient service! The men behind the counter were all very friendly and one in particular had an enthusiastic demeanor that really stood out to my party. The portions were also great, not extreme but just right! Keep up the great service, guys!

Dirty grill and trays, rung up 4 people before me who were behind me in line. Burrito wasn’t even rolled up, it was just sloppily folded on itself and fell apart immediately. Never eating a food court burrito again :( .

Customer service was horrible ?? I asked the lady who took my order if the steak was well done and she asked me “well whats ur ethnicity??” And I asked her wat did that have to do with anything? Like she was about to make a racist comment.. then she had a nasty attitude rushing me to place my order then threw my food in the bowl being messy..let me mention how unsanitary she put her dirty shoes on the counter to get over the register .. smh I will never eat here again

I had lunch at Chipotle at lenox square Saturday, 9/9/23. I got a veggie bowl, ate half and threw the rest away. It's all I ate that day. When I got home, I had the most violent diarrhea I've ever had. I wasn't throwing up at the time so I thought maybe I just had a stomach bug. After that thought, I started vomiting. I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning. It was an incredibly miserable night for me. It's the next day. I'm somewhat better but not 100%. Anybody else eat there over the weekend with the same outcome?? That experience will keep me away from Chipotle for the rest of my life!!
This location claims to open at 11am, but when I arrived shortly after that time they asked me to wait 10 minutes for food. No food had been prepared or put out in preparation for opening. I took my money elsewhere, ate, and 20 minutes later walked by Chipotle again. They were still turning away customers after being “open” for over 20 minutes! I’m thanking my lucky stars that I didn’t place a mobile order, otherwise I would have been stuck waiting or would have had to gone through an onerous refund process. Yikes.

Convenient to work. Usually out of something during lunch. This time it was chicken, last time white rice and chicken, the time before white rice and black beans. Some people leave due to this, I can adjust easily. Usually fast and polite, catering orders can hinder service pretty badly. Maybe its the size of the place and they can only prep so much, understandable. Food is always delicious, Ill be over weekly for my fix. Thank you!

This specific black OLD woman with rude attitudes, rushing me while i was trying to make another order with another young girl, she started literally screaming at me and then staring at me with a fake smile in her face. I understand she is a very problematic person who shouldn’t be working customer service.

I went to chipotle at the Lenox square today. The girls who was serving was very rude.They were out of the non-spicy chicken. I asked her if they have it and she answered in a mean way. I couldn’t hear her so I asked her again and she started yelling at me and saying “ how many time should I tel you that it is coming out, you have asked me so many times”I have never encountered such a rude person.
