I won't be back at this location, my chicken bowl was terrible. The rice was mushy and flavorless didn' taste no cilantro and boy the meat was soooo nasty literally no seasoning, it taste like they soaked their meat in water. I'm not a picky eater but this bowl was the nastiest i ever had in all of my years since chipotle came out. Portion size was good though and i had a reward for double chicken so that was a waste. Such a terrible experience i had to call corporate and they gave me two free entrees.

I came at 8:30pm they served me old food after paying $27.. I came back the very next day when they opened back up. The female manager told me she didn’t know if she could do it. Another person picked up the phone and called someone asking them if they could give me fresh food:
I had the food with me and my receipt all I was asking for was fresh food.
They need to do better with their customer service. This was a horrible experience. I will never be back.

I have been eating chicken burritos at Chipotle in Los Angeles for more years than I can count. Recently moved to ATL in December. My local Chipotle had normal chicken. In the Spring it started getting SPICEY, which I don’t like. Now, August 25, 2025 it was sooo SPICEY I could not eat it. I will be going to MOE’S in my neighborhood fr now on. FYI: I called Corporate to complain it has been getting too SPICEY and will be going to their competition in the future starting today. I told him that if somebody wants spicy on their burrito, they can just go to the beverage station and add some hot salsa on it.🥵

I had an excellent experience for my first time with catering. The portions were good, the steak was better than expected. People who said they didn’t eat much went back for seconds! The service was the best! I recommend catering from this location.

The best Chipotle in ATL! On all levels by far! Service is great. And the food is so much better at this location than all the others. Trust me, i’ve tried them all 😉 Seasoned perfectly, everything cooked perfectly. I just drove 15min extra for this location and it did not disappoint.

I grab lunch here fairly often since it close to the office but the last several times the drink dispenser was completely out of ice. The staff does not appear to care about refilling it. Food is decent but the service at this one has gone down over the last couple years.

Fantastic service outside of the bag failing as I pulled it out if the truck :( the pico de Gallo juice leaked into the bottom of the bag and the bowl didn't stand a chance against concrete

Food was great, music background great, decor is nice. Person on register doesn't like people. Had such a weird negative vibe that I almost canceled my order. How an owner or manager ever made the decision to put her in a position of dealing with public makes me question their abilities to manage. Horrible attitude. If she was merely neutral but somewhat professional i wouldn't bother writing this. This is costing you money. You're going to lose business. Oh. And $2.30 for chips and salsa? Wow. Not going back.

I felt majorly skimped on the portions. The staff all looked like dear in the headlights. The restaurant was preposterously cold. Solid 2 - this location has gone downhill.
Trash. Avoid this Chipotle. Ordered online and paid for double chicken and what I received was laughable. I think I did actually laugh. Don’t waste your time or money here.
