This is my go-to Chipotle.I have had some issues with my order before, but they fixed and/or refunded right away and even gave me a free drink once. The staff are super nice as well. Otherwise I say the quality is consistent with other locations!

Go here for lunch during work and they always skimp on portions so hard. Payed extra for double meat and dont even get hardly a whole portion. Also they skimp on rice and anything you order they try and give you the bare minimum.

I’ve never had to throw away a bowl of Chipotle until now. Ordered for pickup via the app. Got home to eat it and realize they completely forgot my protein, but the white rice was super hard. Like it was days old. I’m not one to waste so I still tried to eat it, but there was no way. Felt like a sin to throw it out, but it was definitely inedible.

Chastain Chipotle absolutely horrible. There was trash everywhere, employees yelling and laughing so loud you can’t hear anything but them. Did not offer all of the ingredients because they were “short staffed” there were 6 employees and 2 customers. Do not go there.

Absolutely terrible. Restaurant was nasty dirty, trash everywhere, employees were rude and were having a party behind the line - so loud we had to leave. Exercise your options and do not go to this Chipotle. Horrible.

Visited today around 2:30p. There were two young men at the front, one with locs, who were extremely unpleasant.I witnessed them be extremely dismissive, roll, their eyes, huff and puff as the man in front of me ordered. When it came my turn, I was rudely dressed with “what do you want?” as though my order was a severe inconvenience on their time.When I asked the young man, if they were going through some type of stress today, he looked at me and said, “can’t you see it’s only two of us here?”To me, it was only me and the other man, ordering, no one else in line, and two people eating in the entire restaurant.I do enjoy chipotle, I think I’d rather drive a little further than to deal with such rude treatment people who voluntarily hold a job.Management, please reconsider your options of staffing.
