I went to Chopt for the first time last week because I was craving a hearty salad. The salad did not disappoint, but the rest of the visit did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

I told the woman behind the salad bar that I've never been here before and her only response was a blank stare. Not helpful. Next, when I looked at the paper menu AND order board, there were NO prices. I HATE this because I want to know what I'm spending. Uncertain, I order the Cobb Salad and ask the price, around $13, which I think a good price. However, she had to look up the price on the register which then limited any further questions. Thank goodness I was the only person there. If it was busy, I would have felt like I was holding up the line. At checkout, the payment screen prompted for an auto selected tip amount start at 20% and went up. Ha! That is usually what I tip at a restaurant with sit down table service. Really? This is a joke.

Summary of review? Good salad, but not worth the headache of unfriendly, unhelpful staff, and excess tipping expectations. If you have time, go to a restaurant and enjoy a hearty salad and tip your wait staff for good service.

I don’t leave reviews anywhere but thought I would share to save anyone else from what I went through. After ordering a kale ceaser with warm roasted chicken from this restaurant I ended up with food poisoning . I felt funny immediately after I ate it and in the middle of the night I woke up running to the bathroom … I’m talking both ends people… I couldn’t keep anything down. I was sent to urgent care the next day and had to be prescribed antibiotics and nausea medication just so I could eat again and regain my strength. Now that I’m looking over the reviews I realize it could very well have been an issue with the workers either not cooking the chicken all the way or there was lack of cleanliness where bacteria could have possibly been passed into my food. I love Chopt but rest assured this location ruined it for me.

I was in at 2:30pm to pick up a delivery order. There was one person in line. All of the staff were behind the bar. I walked to the young lady with glasses on who was closest to me and said I’m here for an order. She made eye contact with me, then looked down and continued working, which was weird and rude.

I then walked over towards the middle of where all the staff were lined up, then asked if someone could help me with an order. Another lady then came over to help me.

People tend to forget that delivery people are doing their job, but can also return to order themselves. No need to turn away customers in this economy.

Sorry, no pics.. but Chopt salad Co is a thumbs ?!! I got the buffalo chicken salad, and it was great. They give you great portions, and the taste is great as well. You can also customize, add more, or choose a salad or your choice.

The salads here are top tier! You can either get a salad they created or create your own. The Mexican Ceasar is the most popular and is a great option for first timers. So many options and customer service is amazing.

This was my first time here and I wasn't sure what I wanted however a very nice young man Le'Dexter was absolutely amazing with his suggestions and the manerisom was top tier my salad was so good I'm glad I came I will definitely be circling the block the food was chef kiss thank you sir

I had a wonderful experience at Chopt Salads, all thanks to Dexter! He greeted me warmly, expertly guided me through the menu, and tailored my order to perfectly fit my tastes. His friendly and attentive service made my visit exceptionally enjoyable. Dexter’s professionalism and genuine kindness are truly commendable. I highly recommend asking for Dexter when you visit Chopt Salads for a delightful dining experience!

This decision turned out to be a stroke of genius! She recommended pairing it with the honey chipotle sauce, and oh my, was it a flavor explosion!
