The drive-through has always been slow and unresponsive the guy on the mic is having inappropriate conversations. I can’t get his attention. It’s midday. The place is not busy The restaurant walk-in is closed. it is a sorry ass churches chicken in a prime location right off the highway. artificial intelligence needs to be fast tracked to service fast food. never going to this location again too damn stupid. Didn’t put glaze on my apple pies then I ordered the new lemon pie and didn’t get that.

The food was fresh and the cashier was nice.. my daughter had to go to the restroom and can't make this up they had budlight in the restroom ... lol aye I get it .. it's hard days work I used to work for churches ..I had to bring my gun I'm jus for safe keeping.. BTW they were out of a lot ... jus stating facts not trying to beat on them

The cashier needs to be fired. I repeated my order several times and she still didn't get it right and then had an attitude with me. I downloaded the app to get a free 2 Pc tenders and then showed her the qr code. She scanned it but didn't add the freebie. So I asked about it and she told me I didn't tell her I was redeeming the reward. "So why did I give you the qr code? " she just repeated I didn't say that. So I said let's deescalate...I said it but you didn't hear me... so how do I get the reward because I've already activated it in my app and it won't let me redeem it later because you scanned it. She said she didn't know and just stared at me. Additionally, when I checked my receipt she charged me an extra $1 on all 3 of my combos for large sodas that I didn't ask for. So I asked why and she said that's how they come. I said no... your menu says the combos are $7.99 with a 22 oz small soda, but if they "come with" a large soda then I shouldn't have to pay an extra $1 for them. She was just standing there looking at me like I was stupid and kept saying it came like that. Finally the manager came by and asked what happened and I explained so she just gave me $5 out of her pocket and told me she would give me the freebie. She fixed our meals and threw in some extra but we didn't get our sides that came with our meals. So overall... I'm satisfied with how the manager took control and helped me but that cashier needs to be fired. She had an attitude problem and if you can't hear and ring in orders correctly go home.

This Church’s location made me wait 30 minutes for my food. I had to go to the counter to wait, got ignored by staff, and only got my food after asking for it. they hadn’t even started it (or knew about it) when I asked. Made me literally miss my train…

Closed the indoor ordering at 9pm to be sitting at the windows 23 minutes no response, when agent came to windows he said he only have dark meat with a 6 minute wait on chicken, rude and bad customer service, and to think why we need robots, humanity has lost the compassion to help others, and that not what serving stand for

Closed the lobby early stated go to drive thru and it had a lot of staff inside once went to the drive thru we sat for 20 mins and it was only 3 cars . This is unacceptable and if they don’t want to work stay home ppl want to eat convenience and this was not convenient at all. Do better at this location.

Teryon and her crew were wonderful, my wife and I came are from ATL but we moved away for family; tonight we travelled all the way here for the biscuits and the location was clean, genuine and professional. 🙏
