I went a Saturday nighy. The servers were nice and attentive. The atmosphere was great, and it wasn't loud. The upstairs is great for big groups , it has their personal bathrooms! Chips and salsa was good. I ordered a Mexico DF burger because the tacos were overpriced. The burger was okay.

Walked into the restaurant at 6PM on a Saturday. Nowhere near closing time. We walked in and saw the host leave the front kiosk to go fold silverware in napkins. Then watched 2 waitresses walk past us to go chit chat to the bartender. Waited as the host folded over a dozen napkins then walked to the back. We walked out.We were chased and asked if we wanted to be seated. Not after waiting over 8 minutes for any sort of recognition.No wonder the place was empty.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We love coming here for the happy hour specials! The food is always amazing and we have never had any complaints about any of the entrées that we have ordered. However, the chips from this particular location are arguably the worst tortilla chips that I have had at a Mexican restaurant. They taste like burnt oil cardboard with zero salt and a chemically overcooked flavor. This is a public outcry begging whoever is making the chips at this location to please reevaluate what you are doing we want to come back but we need good chips. Thank you.Ps, the salsa is good though.

I usually come here on break for lunch and Bianca and Latoya add to the atmosphere. They are really attentive and very helpful. Even when they have a lunch rush you cannot even tell. My experience would be lacking if they weren't at the bar serving drinks. They get the vibes right.

LaToya and Bianca they're simply the best! I'm just so please with the customer service and hospitality they render; it's been very outstanding. I hope Cinco s continue to make progress but it's not possible without these people thanks ?

Logan was amazing server def. needs a raise he makes people feel very welcome shiddd give him some manager position from a manager he’s def a great hire from out of town prob best Mexican cuisine I been to I thank him for making my experience a good one & great deals as well restaurant was very chill and relaxed great

My serve great and took care for me and my guest. Logan helped me plan my next event which you can reserve the upstairs for also they are going have a happy hour from 1-8pm coming soon. Awesome lunch time spot!

The wait staff is friendly but could frequent the tables more often especially since it’s so slow. The restroom is AWFUL as hot as a sauna, not clean and neat at all. Please get it together guys.

We came for the food and will come back for the service. Logan, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and caught happy hour on time. He suggested great items, including the Birria tacos and mango chipotle wings. The baton was then passed on to Erick, one of the many great servers at Cinco. We were attended to with great care, and even greater vibes. We will definitely come back. Please ask for Erick you won’t regret it.

Food not good at all. Barely seasoned. $5 drink but they are mediocre if I come back it would simply be for the drinks since they are so cheap. Ground beef in nachos barely seasoned, queso watery, steak tacos no season and sauce not
