City Garden, under new management, serves consistently delicious food with huge portions and authentic spicy flavors. The Orange Chicken and crab Rangoon's are standout dishes, and the shrimp lo mein lunch special is a great value. The staff is friendly and helpful, although the exterior could use some improvement. Despite some minor drawbacks, the amazing food and nice service make up for it, making City Garden a great choice for dining in or taking out.
