The bakery is very clean and orderly. The management and employees are extremely polite and knowledgeable of the menu. I would highly recommend this location across from the Whole Foods in midtown.

The waiting time for your food is the worst. This place is severely understaffed and most times the cashier is making the food or running to the back. This is not a place you want to go to if you’re on a grab and go, especially for downtown a mess.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I purchased a bagel which was burnt but I ate it. I was on my way to work and I was falling asleep here and there. I wasn't blatantly sleeping like I have a house that I sleep in. They asked me to leave when I had purchased something and everything. I had a terrible experience there twice before and I should not have gone back. I didn't mean to, that location seems a little racist because they always give me a hard time for no reason. Never again.

Einstein Bros, really let me down today. Not only did our delivery driver go to the wrong address, but our catering order was wrong. If a customer is paying $200 for food, it should be of the upmost importance on making sure that you double check the order for accuracy. I understand that people make mistakes, especially when trying to rush, but I sincerely hope next time you take your time and verify the order is correct. I even included who the food was for in the special section, and there is a place on the box for a guest name. To tell me that they don't label the boxes is B.S. Not to mention the shift lead Kay I spoke with, wasn't really pleasant to talk to. Telling me to calm down when I have a meeting starting in 30 mins and one of my attorneys is now unable to eat...I have every right to be upset. As a result of this, I will not place anymore orders with this location. Hopefully they will rectify this by offering a credit to the account. I've ordered from here for years, but this was the first time I had a bad experience. Do better.

Garbage staff. In the mornings on fridays. That will flat out refuse to make your order if they are busy. If a large order comes through your smaller order will be pushed to the side and forgotten about. It's okay because you can happily shut up take a seat and wait. If you desire to get to work on time in the morning, do not order here online to pickup.
Not sure why one of the employees is having a hard time moving up like she was promised been there over a year and was promised a raise and a promotion to shift lead but has been held back I think because of her color. This is un acceptable and very discouraging to her she is the hardest working employee there and takes pride and initiative in her work. Then they ask her to use her vehicle and dnt reimburse her for her time and gas wear and tear on her vehicle that she bought and pays the high insurance on. Someone needs to be delt with and quick before I call HR on this place
