After spending the early afternoon at the High Museum, we wandered up Peachtree and entered McCray's! Our server was Cat (with a lovely smile). She took our order and stopped by from time to time to ensure everything was fine. Let me tell you, the food was excellent! Kudos to the chef. Being from another state, our time spent at McCray's will be a memorable one of our visit south.

McCray's Tavern is a classic American sports bar in Midtown Atlanta with great vibes, lots of TVs, and phenomenal service. It offers a really good menu for a sports bar, featuring good burgers, the southwest bowl, salmon BLT, nachos, and a delicious blackened Market Fish Sandwich. They have a special Sunday menu and brunch, with highlights like their famous Bloody Mary. The beer selection is good and the food comes out quickly. Parking is expensive and limited, but it remains a fun place and a favorite Midtown sports bar for a great time.
