After looking at this menu and experiencing the best burger I've had in a while I plan to add an extra day at the gym just so I can accommodate my plan to eat here more often. They are open late and everything i had tasted fresh. Staffers were pleasant and efficient. I will be back most definitely

Stood in line for 10 minutes with staff straight up ignoring the line of customers. After one customer yelled for help the lady cashier was pretty rude.

It’s cookout! Cheap and delicious. This location is not particularly fast but not necessarily slow. Often super busy drive through. Service leaves something to be desired, but fair enough.

Unfortunately, I believe they have been understaffed. Other than that, my order was wrong, she told me she didn't say what I ordered over the intercom so I ended up being overcharged and the small part of my order that was fixed was basically thrown out the window at me while the lady was yelling at me and her coworkers. Won't be attending this cookout next time.

I like cookout whenever we get a chance to eat it, but it is still like a fast food option. Better than McDonald’s, but not restaurant quality. They were pretty cheap. I got a tray with a double burger, cheese bites and onion rings. The burger was good, but there was very little for the sides. Maybe like 4 onion rings and 6 little pebbles of cheese, sad 😢 my husband got a tray with a double cheeseburger, a chicken wrap, and Cajun fries. They forgot to give him actual Cajun fries and they forgot my cheer wine float as well. Probably just not paying enough attention, so I had to go back and ask for those things. But they did give us a fresh bag of Cajun fries because of it once the manager came out. My husband thought the food was good, but not amazing for any reason. His peanut butter Oreo milkshake was delicious though. Overall just a casual quick place to eat with decent food.
I waited inside by the register for around fifteen mins (3:30-3:45) and I was never served. An employee entered the building, made eye contact with me, and walked past. I even heard one of them say they were going on break. McDonalds is better they don’t waste your time.
