Food was above average for RT Cook Out but dining room has puddles of water in the floor. Bathrooms were clean. Service was nice and polite but it was incredibly slow. I was there almost an hour for take out.

I got food poisoning from there. It was from the quesadilla because that’s all I ate, there was something in there because after a few bites there was something crunchy in it. It was a cheese quesadilla so not sure where the crunch came from but literally a few hours later I got sick & spent hours on the toilet.
The employees were so warm and kind to the customers and each other. You can over hear how they speak to each other in the kitchen. I heard a lot of “good works” and “good jobs”

I was visiting Atlanta because my brother was in the hospital at Emory had to wait about 5 minutes after asking was anyone working in the front. We asked what was their specialty, so it was ordered the hamburger was dry and overcooked and small the 2 burgers that you get would make one burger. Dining room area was Nasty! Table's and floors was sticky, husband got paper towels and wipe it off . It was 5 of us and the only place we could find to eat at, and was so disappointed!

Server was so nice in helping us figure out the menu thank you so much for that!!! Food was amazing and affordable a family of 6 eating under 50$ is unbelievable! The place was so clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. The management of this store should be so happy with the group they have!
