This was our first time ordering a fried turkey for Thanksgiving from here. This was the worst, dried out fried turkey ever. We followed the instructions to the T. When i initially unwrapped the turkey it smelled like burnt grease. No one in our family liked the turkey. This was the worst. I do not recommend.. i will continue to purchase from the company we have used for years.

Breyanna was our server and was very friendly, took our order and served up the order. All done quite efficiently. We chose an afternoon (previous occasion some months back we found evening was quite crowded and we were told we had an hours wait time, so we left). Chicken tenders were very impressive as were the oysters, I enjoyed the burger. Garlic shrimp was very good too.
Parking: parked in front of restaurant as it was not busy.

The costumer service has come in to question at this location lately. The workers in the kitchen could be heard in the dining area. Not to mention some of them were not in uniform. This is clearly a management issue, tht can be corrected. The food is good as usual, but they need to tighten up with there service.

My friends and I went on a Saturday morning. There wasn't a wait, and it didn't feel crowded at all even though there was a good number of people present. We did not feel rushed to eat. We participated in the brunch buffet, and there was a variety of food. The brioche French toast was perfect. There was a good mix of breakfast and lunch items. The catfish was grilled to perfection. Our server was very pleasant and kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask.

Unfortunately our experience last night was not good. I’ll start with the good.. atmosphere was so nice. Our server was so attentive and kind!
For the cons- food was very bland and basic. Also, my sister in law caught two servers in the bathroom with their aprons on, gloves on, and texting. So many disturbing things about that… and we had already finished our meal!! So our stomachs were instantly queasy and we are crossing our fingers we don’t get sick.

The food was a serious disappointment. The food was mostly bland. The food that actually had a little spice was not very impressive. They had breakfast food without beignets. They didn't even understand how to properly cut the prime rib. How you cut it determines the flavor and texture of the meat. Improper cutting can really destroy the enjoyment of this meat. I have lived in New Orleans, and the food at Copelands was not even close. I never plan on eating there again.

We love Copeland's and excited to see a location while in Atlanta. The service was great considering we got there 10 minutes before closing. They were prompt, polite and the food was good as usual. Alfie our bartender was great.

Went there tonight. We sat at the bar. I understand when people are busy but when we have to ask for refills on water four times and it still takes 30 minutes and drinks were missed several times when we ordered them. The person who was serving us was chatting up everybody else and made sure everyone else around us was taken care of in a timely manner but for us it was really delayed. The food was amazing though.

My son and I stopped by for lunch. We love coming here for the New Orleans atmosphere. I got the herb fried chicken and he got the combo platter. We both enjoyed our meal. It was served hot, fresh and delicious.
