Waiter was clearly very overwhelmed. Someone else brought us water and he said he would be back in 20 or 30 minutes to take our drink order which seemed kind of odd. He did return in about 15 and took our order. When it arrived, it was missing my friends order and he offered to bring a croissant while my friend waited for his meal, which never got rung in. At the end, he charged us for the croissant, even though he said it was “on the house“ Food however, was very good, when it finally arrived

Freddy is awesome. He has been providing exceptional service to our family for over 10 years. Thanks for a great time every time!

Hard to get the waiter's attention, let alone a smile. I've been here multiple times and the coffee is always terrible and the food is mediocre. Food is better at a chain breakfast restaurant but the prices are so much higher. I gave it a second chance and will not be returning again.

Ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken had PLASTIC WRAP lodged between the chicken and the melted cheese. I'm talking about the length of a butter knife, not a small piece. Then the waffle was cold and hard. The worse part was how nonchalant the server was about it. Luckily a manager stepped in and was apologetic and addressed things, but I had no interest in consuming anything from there at that point.

They need to cover the missing ceiling opening with ceiling covers. It wasn't very pleasant to look at the holes in the ceilings with dirty wires exposed.

Following a 40-minute delay, we were eventually shown to our table. I opted for pancakes and sausage. The pancakes were insipid and thin, while the sausage was overcooked and charred. My omelet was passable. The grits were runny and lacked flavor. This establishment will not be on our list of recommendations. The waiter attempted to make amends for the prolonged wait and oversight caused by the disorganized hostess. The service, overall, fell short of expectations, and we departed with our meals slightly touched.

Had priority seating at 1115...waited 30 minutes to get a table. It took nearly 10 minutes for a server to wait on us then more than 15 minutes to get our food. From then on, we enjoyed very good food and good service.

Great place for a business breakfast. Food was delicious. Server was attentive with coffee refills but also didn't rush us and allowed time for our meeting and discussion.

Food isn't cooked to customers' standards. The request was denied by the chef to cook crispy. The second time the food returned from the kitchen it was the same. The soup is microwaved. The server Hanna/ Haley (sorry my be incorrect). Blossom, a professional young woman with blonde hair. She was AMAZING. Professional, courteous, charming. The quality of the food is poor. I would encourage staff to explore more fitting employment or for Management to hire an experienced chef. I am sure the other cooks only follow the directions of the chef. Intention to visit again for the server and the mimosas. Will order simple yogurt with granola and fruit.

We had to wait about five minutes or so for our table. They had to clear the tables. My food was cold, which doesn't make eggs so good. Haven't been there in years, but I'll go back again.

The wedge salad with blue cheese chunks, toasted pine nuts, ranch dressing and warm pancetta chunks was maybe my favorite salad ever. The flavors and textures work really well together. Paired the salad with a wonderful crab cake made with fresh crab (without pimentos, thank goodness!) and dressed with a mild horseradish sauce. The Betty also has a great moody speakeasy vibe. I'll be back and may also do a staycation in the funky hotel in which it's located, the Sylvan Kimpton.

We had a wonderful lunch at corner cafe yesterday! Victor was our waiter. I had the lamb sandwich. Everything was perfect!

Everything was slow. The seating, the service and the food. The menu is very limited compared to other brunch locations.

This is a reliable local spot that is popular among locals. Good service and quality food and an outstanding bakery add up to a positive experience you can depend on. Try it you will like it!

Great menu for brunch. However, the crab cake Benedict and the fried green tomato Benedict were very disappointing. The hollandaise was tasteless and the food was not hot when it arrived at the table. The side of potatoes was very good. The muffins were excellent as was our server. We will return and try other menu items the next visit.
