Costco Food Court

Honestly, this is the absolute worst Costco to ever go to. If you want to get food from the food court. I am an avid Costco member, and usually come about once a week, sometimes twice a week with one located near work. Work. Try to visit them when I can, and this one takes the the prize when it comes to worst food court across Costco's I have been to.

As far as food quality goes, it's pretty standard for Costco. Nothing better or worse than like many of the others. Problem is the service. It is the most inefficient and understaffed I have ever seen. I get Costco has a lot of customers that come in but you will regularly see 20 people standing at the food court at all times of the day waiting for food. Well there is no one up front handing it out. The one or two people that are actually working, are messing with the machines in the back or doing other things. And just the overall process is horribly inefficient. You could have taken care of probably half the customers if you just looked at what you had available to hand out and knock out the ones that have one or two items that are sitting there that nobody else has ordered.

Completely ridiculous and improperly managed. And I don't say that lightly

You really can't beat the price if you're getting the hotdog and soda, but do NOT try to get anything from the food court when the store is even a little busy. It's so narrow that if you have a cart you have no choice but to block people trying to leave from the checkout lanes. Then you have to leave your cart to the side while getting your drink and condiments. I've more than once had to chase someone down who accidentally took my cart instead of their own.

The food is really good and it always comes out piping hot, the prices are great, but great googly moogly the wait and all the fuss of actually getting the food is kind of a lot to deal with.

$1.50 hot dog!

Unfortunately, this location fails to meet the quality and efficiency standards that Costco usually demands. Calling ahead to order pizzas for a hungry family, only to arrive and they completely forgot to make them. This has happened several times now- currently, waiting about an hour after I ordered one single pizza. Sad 😔 really hurting the Costco brand.

Called an hour ahead to order 2 pizzas for an event. When I arrived to get the pizzas I was told looks like they never did it and I'd just have to wait. Ended up being 30 minutes late with food for our event.

It is a bunch of rude people that live in Dunwoody, so I can't give you atmosphere as More than a two star. You guys still provide onions for my hot dog and I love you for that and I'm so upset that you're remodeling because I just went there for lunch because it's all I could afford and you were closed

Food is amazing and thank god prices don’t go up. Food takes a long time so make sure you call ahead. Davin is rude to customers though.

Costco Food Court is always cheap and excellent. There's no beating a $1.50 hot dog and soda combo. I wish they would bring back combo pizza, though. However, it's still a great deal. I always eat here when I stop by to shop.

Very affordable for the family when they want a quick bite. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This food court has really gone downhill. Used to stop by here without issue, now very disappointing.Disorganized unhelpful staff, not fulfilling kiosk orders in the order placedI wanted 20 minutes for a hot dog and slice of pepperoni.
