We had three options for lunch and my friend opted for Cypress Street Pint. Good midtown location. The brunch Bloody Mary and Mimosas were good. The food was not good. I almost never send food back but I couldn't possibly eat the nachos with a pile of soggy (very soft) tortilla chips. The whole batch was soggy. The food was also not hot so perhaps it sat for a while before coming out to us. The server didn't give me a hard time but she was also nonapologetic after witnessing the messy plate of gooey, cold chips. I had the chicken and waffles as an alternative and while it came out piping hot, it also wasn't particularly good. The chicken was chewy and stringy and really just ok. The waffle was nice. Aside from the really well prepared Bloody Mary, I'm not sure there would be a reason to return.

Came here with my family on a Tuesday evening, was told by the bartender open seating sat at a high top table for about 15 maybe 20 min and no one acknowledged us! It was as if the didn’t see three Black ppl waiting for service. So we left. No one probably even noticed ?? Sad because I always tell my hubby of this place and we finally make it and this…

The cheesesteak was delicious, but it's not the authentic "Philly Style"(more like an inspired by chop steak sandwich). I was a little disappointed at 1st glance, but that soon changed once I took my 1st bite. I've tried a few places in ATL, but they had one of the best tasting sandwiches. I would definitely visit again.

We had a disappointing experience with the service at this outdoor dining spot, particularly with a waitress named Abby. When we asked for beer recommendations, she just told us to "check the menu." After we ordered, she brought us beer cans, and when we mentioned that we thought they were tap beers, she replied, "You should ask that before ordering."
In our experience, it's courteous for waitstaff to clarify whether beers are on tap or in cans, especially when customers ask for suggestions. Additionally, it would have been helpful to know when the kitchen was closing and when the last call for drinks would be, which she didn’t mention.
For first-time visitors, this lack of attention to service details was disappointing. It’s worth doing some research or asking specific questions before ordering, as the service here might not be as attentive as you’d expect.

One of the hidden gems in Midtown. Service is the best in the area. Great prices and food. We go there any chance we get with friends or by ourselves

I visited Cypress Street Point on Sunday, and while the food was fine, my experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and disrespectful behavior of a server named Abby. From the moment we arrived, Abby’s attitude was dismissive, and she spoke to us in an unprofessional and condescending manner. Her behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I believe all customers should be treated with respect, and this experience has left a very negative impression of the restaurant. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service moving forward.”

This version directly addresses the problem while staying respectful and constructive

Tacos were so so. My partner enjoyed his burger. The calamari was tasty but for $15 there was not much calimari IMO. Outdoor seating was nice except for the occasional wafting of sewage from some nearby source. Beer selection was excellent and our server was cheerful and prompt.

Always love stopping in here when in midtown. Grabbed the house IPA (always a great deal) and some chicken tenders. This is one of my tried and true. Always up for a stop at Cypress.

The food was delicious, the menu has a variety of dishes to suit everyone's taste. The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. This is a place I would recommend to anyone and I would love to come back in the future!
