The food was fresh and high quality, and the dipping sauces were especially delicious.

Tommy is the reason this place stands out.

I’ve spent a lot of time in bars over the years, and I can honestly say Tommy is the best bartender I’ve ever met. He has an incredible ability to remember people’s names, drinks, and conversations, even when the bar is packed. Somehow, he makes every customer feel like a regular.

I recently moved to Midtown and didn’t know many people, but Tommy made me feel welcome from day one. His energy, personality, and genuine care for customers are what keep people coming back.

Great bartender, great person, and honestly the best I’ve ever seen do the job. This place is lucky to have him

Half of the things we ordered were great and half were just ok. The restaurant is pretty run down but the servers and staff were nice.

Too loud inside, and it wasn’t even full. Our waitress didn’t even lay eyes on our table for nearly 30 minutes, and then we were hit with the large party charge (20%). Legitimately considered calling the manager over to dispute it, as she deserved maybe a quarter of that. When she did attend to us, she would do the bare minimum (put the checks at the end of the table and have us pass them down). The food was just ok for the price, and the “pie and vine” deal was a terrible value (tiny pizza). This place used to be good, it’s a shame they’ve stooped so low.

Terrible experience with the wine and pizza deal. Terrible service. Waiter came once. Wine was lukewarm. Waiter took 30 minutes to give our checks.

We had a fantastic experience here! The outdoor patio seating is perfect for a relaxed meal, and the drink selection is top-notch—the hazy beer was incredibly fresh, crisp, and hit the spot perfectly.

The menu features some really creative, unique options (the May specials look wild in the best way), but everything we ordered from the kitchen was executed flawlessly:

The Fries: Absolutely elite. Perfectly crispy, hot, and piled generously with fresh parmesan and herbs. They alone are worth coming back for.

Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken: Crisp, incredibly fresh greens loaded with olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and plenty of feta. The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and well-seasoned. Paired with soft pita triangles, it was the perfect refreshing-yet-filling plate.

Cheeseburger: A classic done right. High-quality beef, perfectly melted cheese, and thick, crispy bacon on a soft bun. Paired with another generous side of their excellent house fries.

Whether you're looking for a solid neighborhood spot for a casual date night, a great patio to enjoy a drink, or just some high-quality comfort food, this place delivers. Great service, cool menu, and awesome atmosphere. We will absolutely be back!

Cypress Street Pint & Plate has vibes but no bites. The guy serving us was honestly the best part of the night super chill, easygoing, and the kind of person who makes you want to hang around. Sadly, the food didn’t keep up with his energy. Plates landed on the table looking promising, but one bite in and it was a letdown—flavors flat, execution sloppy, and not worth the price. It’s the kind of place where you feel bad for the server because the kitchen didn’t deliver. If you’re going for a beer and a good chat with the staff, sure, stop by. If you’re hungry and hoping for something memorable, prepare for disappointment.

I visited Cypress Pints & Plates for the first time while waiting to see a show at the Fox Theatre, and it was an outstanding experience. Even on a busy Saturday with multiple events happening, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming rather than overwhelming.

The service was excellent—attentive and efficient despite the crowd—and the food truly impressed me. Everything was served at the perfect temperature, and both the quality and flavor were top-notch. I ordered a cucumber-muddled gimlet along with wings, and both were absolutely delicious.

Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I’ll definitely be making a return visit the next time I’m in Atlanta.

Terrible service over the phone and does not update their website! I'm a regular, who typically orders to-go, and I will not order from them again.

Went there last night...the waitress seemed to be in her own space..that is, when she was ( fleetingly) available to serve our table, the food non descript and the atmosphere, dingy. Big mistake, going there!
