The rib tips are outrageous. Go early to make sure they still have them. This is possibly the best BBQ in Atlanta.

Daddy D’z is one of those local gems that you ensure to always stop at when you’re in the area. The visual esthetic of the location has a down home juke joint type of feel, however, as captivating as it is… you don’t come for the looks. I decided to get the Rib Tips Dinner with Red Beans and Rice, Candied Yams, and Cornbread. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fried green tomatoes and cole slaw. It was all fresh and delicious. The pork was tender and well seasoned. The Texas toast soft and toasted lightly.I ordered a slab of ribs and smoked chicken wings to bring home. When I got home I sampled both. I picked up the rib and the meat just fell off the bone. The meat was super tender! And the chicken was juicy and smoked to perfection!
